Quick and professional!! I've had bad experiences with dentists in the past but Dr. Y was courteous and offered to extract my top two wisdom teeth the same day as my cleaning, if I wanted to. I had put the procedure off because I was scared I would have a painful recovery but when I did have my it, I barely felt anything and was in and out, And barely bled too! It's hard to find a good dentist in the city but I know I found mine I will be recommending this to all my friends

Had a great first experience at GCD. Took care of me right away with no wait time. Nice office - calming atmosphere. Friendly staff, and Dr. Y had me feeling very much at ease with my situation. Will go back. Highly recommend.

I've been with Gentle Care Dentists for a few years now and I've always been happy with the care I've received. I have a rapport with the front desk and my hygienist. We always kiki a bit. My dentist is also great. Always professional, easygoing. Plenty happy with the care and customer service.

I had a terrible experience! Starting with I booked my appointment to get my teeth cleaned. I arrive to my appointment for them to tell me the dental hygienist was not in and rescheduled for the next day. VERY inconvenient. I arrive to my now 2nd appointment, I’m told that I have 10 cavities and need to replace my crown for a previous root canal that was done elsewhere. I am than estimated by front desk staff Benita. I inquire about different prices because they were alarming. Benita then tells me “The crown is expensive because your insurance only covers silver crowns which aren’t good so you would have to do the porcelain, etc.” This sounded inaccurate due to me being aware of my coverage but to verify I reach out to my insurance. The result of that was I basically was LIED to about what my out of pocket expenses were and potentially the amount of cavities I have. The call to my insurance company saved $2,000+ and being taken advantage of! Poor business etiquette and untrustworthy!

I have been seeing Dr.Yousefzadeh for 8 years now, needless to say he is the best in the area. I will see him as long as he is in business and I will bring my kids to his practice when they are of age. I would recommend his practice to any and all.

I had a very pleasant experience here. The staff are very professional and friendly. Niloo is an excellent hygienist, super friendly and very professional. I had the best experience with Dr. Y who is also incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He did my exam and patiently explained the results. Normally dental offices would push for treatments, but I did not feel pressured at all. He actually told me I did not need root canals for two teeth that a previous dental office was pushing me to get done! I would recommend this office for quality dental service.

Was referred to see an oral surgeon by my dentist. Made an appointment to see Dr Patel, GCDs' oral surgeon, and confirmed the appointment repeatedly on the phone. On the day, drove 20 minutes to the place, paid for parking only to be told by the cheerful receptionist that no oral surgeon could see me -- only a regular dentist. That defeated the purpose of the visit. Clearly, they don't have their act together. Sad!

They lost my business because they are not flexible in regard to their cancellation policy and I think they overcharge for everything in general. I have a demanding job and things come up. If you’re going to charge me $65 dollars for missing an appointment when I try and reschedule, then I’ll happily find another dentist.

I cannot say enough about this place! It was easy to make an appointment and I didn’t wait longer than 5 minutes before being taken back. The office is clean and the front desk staff were nice and helpful. I am extremely anxious when it comes to the dentist and Niloo the dental hygienist was kind, patient and knowledgable. She walked me through my X-rays ans pictures to explain everything to me beforehand. She gave me advice without feeling like I was in trouble for not flossing enough (if you know you know). Dr. Y was amazing as well. He gave me advice and his recommendations without feeling like I was being pressured. Overall my experience was fantastic and I am hopeful that it will change my feelings about the dentist all together!
