Front desk lady was very disrespectful towards me. I’ve never been treated like this before. She charged me for something my insurance covers and told me that they don’t. I haven’t even gotten my money back. The issue could have been resolved if she called them that day, but she didn’t. I don't think I'll return.

Had a terrific first appointment and look forward to my next visit. Upon entry, I received a warm welcome from Maria. She helped me get all set up and made pleasant and genuine conversation while I waited. The wait was brief and I was brought in for a thorough and painless initial assessment and cleaning with Dr. Al-Rubai. She too was very friendly and seemed genuinely interested in learning about her patients. It is clear that the office takes customer service very seriously. In addition to a great atmosphere, the assessment and cleaning was great. I would highly recommend this office to anyone.

I have been a patient for nearly three years now. I travel to Arlington because the staff at Gorgeous Smiles is warm and welcoming and Dr. Salim answers all the questions I need to make sure I am taking the best course of action for my teeth. I have had all kinds of routine treatment done at the facility and an emergency tooth extraction/implant which is turning out great so far.

I had a Dental emergency needed while at work and far from home and Gorgeous smile got me in immediately and fixed my issue to better than before!! Everyone there was so caring and helpful. I had a chipped front tooth from a filling that had came out, which was obviously horrible, self conscious wtc. and would have made for a long weekend to get to my home dentist back where i live over a holiday weekend. Dr. Salim was absolutely AMAZING!! Greatly appreciate all they did for me. I highly recommend this practice!!

I'll be honest: I hate going to the dentist. I go out of my way to avoid them because I have very sensitive teeth. Just the sight or sound of their tools makes me cringe. I decided to try out Gorgeous Smile because of their offer on Groupon because, well, it had been a while. From the scheduling to the office visit, things were perfect. The front desk staff are super friendly and efficient, and the dentists are incredibly well versed in their field. I especially appreciated that the dentist listened to my concerns and took such good care of my sensitive teeth. The cleaning actually felt like a breeze - the best and least painful I've ever had in my whole life of 30 years. And another great thing is that the dentist explained everything to me so I knew what was going on with my teeth and how to practice good health. Highly recommend this place!
