Of course you wouldn't be able to find my records because when I called it was completely unnecessary for the lady to be rude and unprofessional so I wouldn't come there if you paid me! I now know why my sister works there she must fit right in considering she plays on social media all day anyway so I guess when patients call that gets in the way and causes them to actually have to do work! So disappointed, this place look nice from the photos but I guess it's true... Can't judge a book by its cover or in this case a dentist office!

They do an amazing job. The staff is very friendly and caring. They give you a very comprehensible dental plan considering your time and money. Doctor Talwar in particular is very knowledgeable and will work with you to give you a perfect smile.

I basically wasted my time coming here. I'm beyond frustrated with this office, and it was my first time going here. In a nutshell, I did a google search for an oral surgeon, and this office came up with 5 stars. So I called, explained what I needed done, let it be known that I needed an oral surgeon, I was assured that unless my issue was severe, it would be taken care of the day of my appointment, and made an appointment. The first strike, I completed my paperwork online - when I came into the office, they didn't have all of it. Strike two, after speaking to a nurse about my background, the dentist came in, did a limited exam, and then told me that what I needed done wouldn't be done today as I was told. When I made it clear that I was told otherwise, they worked out that the oral surgeon would make an exception and come later on in the day to take care of my issue. They told me that depending on the my insurance, there may be a charge. I let it be known that if a significant amount is due, I didn't have that kind of money that day. Then she asked for my medical insurance info, and said they would bill my medical insurance if there's a difference owed. Strike three, I get a call an hour before my appointment for my procedure, and they told me that there is an approximate balance that is due before the oral surgeon will perform the procedure. The last time I checked, a patient isn't billed or owes money for a procedure until AFTER the insurance company is billed, and the patient is billed for the difference. What is expected, and what I budgeted for was the co-pay. So when I told them that I'm not going to pay an approximate amount owed, if it's just an approximate dollar amount that hasn't even been charged to my insurance yet. And I made it clear to the person on the phone that I told the nurse that I don't have but a certain amount for the visit, and that was the co-payment. After being put on hold for about two minutes, she told me that the doctor isn't going to do the procedure until the approximate amount owe is paid first. I told her CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT! And I cancelled any future appointments after that. I don't like surprises, and I don't like being taken advantage of. I took off from my job early for nothing as it turns out. And I'm not happy about it. I wouldn't go back there if my life depended on it!

Everytime I went to get my teeth cleaned they told me I really needed braces for my overbite. So they scheduled a consultation for me at an Orthodontist. I went to the consultation and the Orthodontist told me braces wouldn't make that big a difference for me and my overbite was very subtle. That 5 minute consultation was $91. After thinking about the situation, they must get some kind of kickback for every patient they recommend to that specific Orthodontist. I also thought it was strange that both offices share the same receptionist. The people who work at this dentist office are very nice, but the situation rubbed me the wrong way. After thinking about what happened and talking to friends I've decided to go somewhere else.

I went and got a consultant with the office manager Diana who was very nice. She gave me a description of what my fees would be, with my insurance and etc. However, when scheduling for my flipper Dr. Talwar did my impressions and looked on the computer, and stated my flipper would cost 678.00 although Diana (office manager) stated 175.00 for flipper and or veneers, it would cost the same no matter what I chose. When calling back to the office and speaking with Diana about what the doctor stated, she said that information was incorrect and my fee would be 175.00. When I went to pick them up, the doctor stated oh there was a misunderstanding about the fee. I told her that I had already talked with Diana and she confirmed my price as I will pay that, the fee of 175.00. She stated no my fee was 678.00, not sure why the dentist is doing the office manager job. So I stated ok I won't order, because I have purchased before and my fee was 150.00, not 678.00. When walking to the front I asked the lady at the front desk if Diana was in today which she was. I asked if I could speak with her just to see if my insurance wouldn't cover it, etc. The lady at the front desk came back and stated diana was talking with the doctor about my fee. I waited and waited and waited........no Diana, then here comes the dentist, Diana is busy on a conference what do you need with Diana. I stated since she's the office manager and handles the fees/ insurance stuff, I wanted to speak with her about my insurance and the fees. Well she wasn't letting Diana speak with me so instead, she told me Diana made a mistake and gave me wrong information. I truly was shocked and left in disbelief. Why couldn't I speak with Diana after waiting so long. How did Diana all of the sudden become busy in a conference call when she was available? Why is the dentist doing office manager job when that's what she have a office manager for? Why is the dentist trying to over charge me???? Why????? I'm so disappointed and still in shock about what happened.

Update: There was no confusion on my end. It was only one option that I wanted and the doctor had one price and the office manager had another. 175.00 verses 678.00 is a HUGE DIFFERENCE!

I always look forward to my appointments at Esthetique! They play relaxing meditative music, the atmosphere is warm, very interesting magazines/books to read in the waiting room, and most importantly an excellent staff! They are so courteous and gentle when performing dental work. This is by far the best dental practice I have ever been to. My mother recommended them to me 3 years ago and even when I moved to Fredericksburg I went out of my way to still come here because of their excellent practices and demeanor.
