The staff is one of the most professional, caring, and accommodating groups of people. They make me feel like an adopted family member and if there is any problem, Donna will fix it.
The office has a pleasant environment, is impeccably clean, and is equipped with all modern equipment.
Personally, Dr. Lee is a wonderful, kind person and friend who happens to be a great dentist.
As an oral care provider, he will spend time listening to my complaint, answering any questions, being attentive to my need, allaying my anxiety and fear, and making me relaxed and comfortable during the visits. So far it has been a painless experience for the many many procedures.
Professionally, he is well trained, very skilled, knowledgeable, and is up to date with current development in the field. He is good at explaining the problem, discussing the options for treatments, and making appropriate referrals.
Technically, he has great hands, dexterity, and delicate touch and always strives for perfection in minute details. Strangely enough, many visits turn into educational sessions and occasional entertainment for me.
Flaw? Maybe, I would have to go back to find it.
For an old retired surgeon, these are the elements that make up the traits I look for in a dentist and I can recommend Dr. Lee highly.
