We had a family emergency so I had to reschedule my fiance's appointment. I called as soon as they opened and was told everything was fine. A few days later he received a bill for $100 because we rescheduled his appointment. I called and asked about the fee. I was told they charge a fee for each service to be performed. I was told the lady from the billing dept will be calling me to discuss this...that didn't happen until I called back a week later. After calling them a few times they had to change the fee to $50 because that is what their paperwork said. No apology for overcharging and the billing lady would not even talk to me once she realized I was right. Most of the employees are rude. Madison is the nicest one there.
