I would give it 5 stars because the my sons procedure to remove 3 wisdom teeth went really well and even my son was impressed by Dr. Kim. Reason for the 4 stars was we showed up on Monday at our scheduled time only to be told after they took my son in they will only remove 2 of the 3 teeth because they didn’t have time for the 3rd one, when the appointment was made for 3 teeth in mind. I had taken time off that day and had to take time off the next day when we went back. Other than that, the actual procedure and all was very smooth and my son is not in pain anymore less than 24 hours after. We have been with this practice since my oldest was 2 and now he is off to college.

This Denist office is incredible!! The location is convenient. Dr Shorief is a wonderful, patient doctor that works well with children. She does a fantastic job treating her patients.Her staff especially Anna and Shelby take that extra time to really talk to you and get to know you to feel very comfortable during your visit.

My first appointment did not work out, and I ended up rescheduling, for a day where my time was not so limited.
My next appointment was 07/13/2020 and I had a mini melt down just before the Novocaine shot ( I have a severe issue with needles). The way my Doctor and Dental assistant too the time to calm me, means so much to me, when I got the two shots required, it hurt less and less. We had to stop mid procedure when I expressed I had felt pain (which required another shot), but the Doctor stopped completely and did not start again until I was sure that I was numbed completely.
I have NEVER had a dentist listen to me, and now I am not as afraid to go back for the rest of my treatments. I will be recommending this office to everyone I know in the area :)
