Frustrated. I took my daughter in to get a crown and 2 cavities. While there was a TV in the room, they positioned her in a way that she couldn't see it. And they didn't explain anything. Also the thing that holds her mouth open was really hurting her. It seems like you could at least put some gauze or something under it to help her little mouth.
When taking my kids to a pediatric dentist...aka more expensive, I expect that they really cater to my child to make sure it is the best experience for them. Instead they just rushed through it so they could get done and move to the next patient. She was traumatized....and shes a very stable and mature 5 year old.
No I will not come back.

I’ve been going to Greater Washington Dentistry for about 17 years when my boys where little and the staff there is like family now. They have the BEST customer service and they always go out of their way to help you with any concern you’d have.

First visit to this location and I must say it was a Great experiance with my son, the assistants and dr made him feel super welcomed and calm they were quick and very professional I highly recommend this office especially for kids !!
