We had appointment at 11:30. We arrived on time, but had to wait more than 45 minutes until they called us. Office was full with patients with no social distancing. They must follow CDC COVID rules when making appointments for people

I love this place! My 2 year old son goes here, so ofcourse I also had to bring my nieces and nephews too!
They are so awesome here, they are incredibly patient with everyone, especially with kids. So ofcourse, I also had to bring along my younger sibling LOL!
I recommend this place to anyone and everyone! No regrets!

Very unprofessional and disrespectful people, We had appointments at 9:30 and 10:30 , and were were on time , we wait more the 1 hour, 11:05 O’clock they called us. and I ask then the appointment was 9:30 and we are still waiting , the lady didn’t say sorry she said another patient was inside , which is not the right answer if they can’t make it why they give people appointments, I am not recommended this place .

Both girls continue to follow her and her colleagues at both the Merrifield & Fair Oaks office locations. The staff, hygienists and doctors are sensitive, knowledgeable and helpful with all aspects of their care including billing, appointment times, and working with the girls’ orthodontists.
