I’ve been coming here since 2017 (if not earlier) and I’ve always been pleased with Dr. Trieu and his team. Very professional and knowledgeable and they greet me by name. I’ve lived in a lot of places due to my job and he’s the best in the DMV by far. Dr Trieu took pictures of my teeth and explained the problems and solution to getting them fixed. Highly recommend.

Me and my family have been coming to True Smile for more than 2 years now. That is important, because my dad is a very neat picking person, and luckily, same thing with Dr. Trieu.
Okay, so Dr. Trieu is a great doctor, a very dedicate one at it. If you got a question, he would try to explain it to you, if he has the time of course. He is also observant, If he could not reach some spot in your mouth, he would be more likely to bend his back instead of putting you in an odd spot. Dr. Trieu loves innovations. If he thinks it worth it, he would willing to invest in newer machines and equipment. That is one of the reasons why we loves coming to True Smile, we don't have to go to different places just for that one thing. Dr. Trieu is a visual person, as he would let you know once you sit down. That is great. He shows you the problem, not just listing them, and that is pretty rare in any medical offices, not just in dental offices.
But a good doctor needs an as good staffing team. The front desk is welcoming, helpful. They value you both as a customer and someone needed help. The assistants know their things, dedicated, and they care for the patients as much as Dr. Trieu.
Overall the office is just a well-oiled machine. But the most important thing is you don't feel like being on a conveyor belt.

Great experience - staff were all super friendly and helpful. Cleaning went well too. Also, they took magnified pictures of trouble spots so that I can see what the dentist was describing - never been able to see this before and it helped me better understand work that needed to be done.
I would also like to add that I just got two fillings and it was super fast and painless. Best dentist experience ever! When I saw the "after" photo - it just looked like my normal tooth - you couldn't event tell there was work done. Great job!

Dr. Hai Trieu is incredible. Professional and very in tune with the patient's needs - cost, comfort, and desired outcome. He is highly skilled, up on the latest techniques, and enjoys his work. Dr Trieu has superb technical skills and, in the case of two custom crowns for me, great aesthetics as well. Today I had one of thebest cleaning experiences ever. I recommend him and his staff highly.

Dr. Trieu is our Dentist for about 5 years, My husband is going for surgery and ask for Dental Clearance. I don't think he knows the reason why patient need a clearance instead he was insisting my husband to do an tooth extraction before the surgery. It is terrible! my husband does not have any infection nor toothache at all, Dr. Trieu said he will delay my husband surgery! Dr. Trieu said even you will go other dentist they will do the same thing. So we went to other Dentist, and we have told not advisable to do the tooth extraction. The front desk does not know what she is saying! I will never recommend this Dentist to anyone.

This practice excels on all levels. From the gorgeous Bolivian receptionist to the extremely capable dental assistant and dental hygienist, to Dr. Trieu himself, this practice is a rare find. It sits in a non-descript shopping plaza that belies just how excellent the practice truly is. Dr. Trieu is extremely competent, and engages the patient in a manner that I have never experienced before. He gives you the impression that he really knows what he is doing, and I found that to comfort me a great deal. He replaced a crown that a previous dentist had botched, and the results are spectacular. I can't rave enough about this practice. If you try it out, you'll see what I mean.

Dr. Trieu is great and so is Gisella! I love that they explain everything they are doing in a calm way and show you pictures so you know exactly what’s going on. Definitely recommend.
