Dr. Trieu is one of the best dentist that I have ever seen, which is saying a lot considering the fact that I have lived in ten states. I have received excellent customer service from him and his staff. I would highly recommend his service.

We (our family) have been going to Dr. Trieu's for the past 2 years and we really like it so much.
The office is very neat and clean, as well as all the equipments are new, shiny, and clean.
Dr Trieu and his associates are very friendly, nice, and experienced. They take time to explain to us very clearly if any questions or concerns are raised.
We definitely would like to continue going to Dr. Trieu's office and would highly suggest that you'd visit this Dental office too.

Dr. Yi was very patient in answering my questions about the condition of my teeth. I was concerned initially that my gums were receding and Dr. Yi did a thorough inspection of every tooth with detailed documentations and assured that my gums were fine. I could not have asked for such good attention and customer care from such a detailed oriented doctor. He has a soft cleaning touch that leaves my teeth smooth and extremely clean. He has shown me that he is passionate about his work and genuinely cares about the patients well being. I highly recommend him to others and I will consistently go back for 6 month check-ups.

They used to be amazing back in 2016 but I do not know what happened since then. I do not recommend this place anymore they are not as good as 2 years ago. I found a better place that does not charge as much and does a more efficient job. Cavities they "took care of" had to be refilled and teethed they said were "fine" were not and needed root canals. True smiles wanted to charge $1600 for one root canal but the specialist they use doesn't take my insurance so they told me to find somewhere else to do the root canal and come to them to get the fillings and crown. Well luckily i listened and went else where so instead of them getting the money from insurance for all the work I needed they lost a patient but luckily i found a better place that will not turn patients away. Also once when the power went out and I had to reschedule my appt because they couldn't see patients they gave me the hardest time to be seen and had to wait like 2 weeks when i should of been first priority since it was partly their fault. The people here are nice but not the best I would go else where.

Dr. Trieu is my 6th Dentist over the last twenty years. He is like my other dentists super friendly but I’d say he is the best so far and highly recommend him. Here is why.

First of all, I am probably like many of you who never like to visit the dental office. I don’t like the pinch and painful feeling of needle or tools on my gums and teeth. I don’t like water splashing and lights in my eyes while they are working on me. I often felt the pain or discomfort intensified while lying there and doing nothing since all you feel and think of is the noise and tools in your mouth.

Dr. Trieu is my first dentist that keeps all the discomfort and pain away or to the minimum. Here is how he did it for me.

First of all, he gave me a pair of sunglasses to keep the light dim and water away from my eyes. It’s a simple idea. I can’t believe none of my previous dentists think of that.

Secondly, he has a TV bolted on top of the service chair. He used the TV as a PC monitor to show me the problem of my teeth and the before/ after pictures of my teeth after the fillings were done. In the past, I had no idea what my teeth look like in real picture and can only take my dentists words for it, but now I can see the pictures and the proof. It made me trust Dr. Trieu more.

Before he worked on my teeth, he let me pick my favorite TV channel to watch. This allowed me to keep my mind on the TV show instead of feeling and thinking of the noise and tools in my mouth. What a great idea.

Finally, he is the first dentist that made me feel no pain or pinch feeling of needle during the entire filling process. I came to realize that he did this by doing a great job of dental anesthesia. He first numbered my gums and injected slowly and properly the local anesthetic. Slowly and properly is the key to no pain.

I highly recommended Dr. Trieu to my family and friends after the services.

Very professional. They explained everything that they were going to do. Dr. Yi sat down and discussed my xrays and helped make a treatment plan that seems easy to follow. Everyone from the front desk to the assistants, and the dentist were very friendly and welcoming!

I would say terrible service, however, I received no service at all. In fact, I was told by the dentist that there was nothing that he could do for my cracked veneer. I could not believe that a dentist would tell a patient that was clearly in distress that nothing could be done. In fact, I found another dentist in the area that had no problem providing me a temporary fix and will assist in a long term solution. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone!!!
