WARNING-Do not use this dental office : I believe they have fraudulent billing practice. I started my dental service 12-2018- completed in 2-2020 . Paid my balance at each visit, On the final I was told the doctor Mohamed Arafa made a mistake with the lab and instead of ordering veneers my new teeth came in a porcelains and I paid an additional 2,000.00 on my final date of 2-4-2020 Then on 10-30-3021 ( 1 1/2 years later) I received a bill for $3,000.00 saying my insurance did not cover the additional portion of the charge. My dental Insurance closes out their files at the end of each year and told me their is no way to go back to previous years to know if they were paid, they filed a claim, or even if payment was rejected.

This dentist office made me feel welcomed from the first phone call to the ending of my first visit! When I walked in the door the ladies at the front desk all said hi and was very nice. The dental assistant, the dentist and everyone I meet today was nice. I am terrified of dentist and never have felt comfort in an office till today. I can’t say enough good things about them. Will recommend them to anyone that needs a dentist!!!

It's rare for me to go to dentists because it's always tend to be an uncomfortable experience. However, that was not the case with DR Valdivia. It was an amazing experience and they made me feel welcomed and comfortable. The staff was professional and friendly DR Valdivia explained everything clear and detailed. I'll sure bring my wife and daughter here as well
