Advanced Dental is AMAZING. My son Jay has been going to them for quite a while and we have actually ENJOYED EVERYTIME. Jay is Autistic and Does Not speak, but the entire staff is SO Wonderful. They Speak "Jay's language"....they explain each detail to him by signing or prompting him SO he understands. The Dentists are Very patient and Gentle. Jay loves Everyone from the Front Office Staff, the Hygentists, All the Assistants, The Dentists and just Everone at Advanced Dental is Top Notch . Thank You SO Much.

Just came back from a routine checkup + cleaning. Super professional staff and everyone was super nice; answered all the questions I had and were attentive to my care. Highly recommend Advanced Dental Care of Fburg to anyone. Oh, and also they have a crazy good deal going on right now for new patients where scans + cleanup = $99. A poor heavy college debt student like me really appreciate that.

I’ve been coming here for years! I fell in love originally with Dr. Jang he was Phenomenal and the best dentist I’ve personally ever had. I even tried to research to see where he went because my family and I was going to follow him. But couldn’t find him!! Well fast foward to recently my daughter had 2 fillings done and her dentist was great(can’t remember his name but believe he’s fairly new) but his assistant Chelsea was by far the best I’ve ever had. She held my daughters hand the whole time during her procedure even while working and made her feel so comfortable! She was knowledgeable, friendly, and so comforting! Please keep her around Advanced Dental!! She’s great with kids! A+ Chelsea

Hygienist (Amanda) was very nice, professional and knowledgeable, as was Kevin who did my scan. I made my son an appointment.

They got me in right away and the wait was not long at all. Everyone was very friendly.

The staff and dentist are very professional in looking out for the patient care they evaluate the issue and let the patient no what need to be done so they are in the process from beginning to end

UPDATE: Dr Arafa still expects me to pay for dental work I did not require but his staff convinced me to get because they said it would be completely paid for by my insurance, then billed me for. See original review below.

I will add the hands on dental staff were very nice and professional. It is the admin staff that screwed up. But Dr Arafa apparently thinks more about dollars than being fair with his customers when his admin staff screw up.

Just started using this dental office in 2021. Staff is very professional and courteous. Work done was very good.

After being told “several times” that I had $2500.00 allowance with my insurance and that a list of dental work they showed me was fully covered by my dental insurance I said yes. This included an implant that I didn’t really want or need but they convinced me to get.

Weeks later they send me a bill for a little over $1700.00.

When I called about it the first thing I was told was a mistake was made by a girl who no longer worked there and I only had $1000.00 insurance allowance, not $2500.00. So they admitted “they” made a mistake, not me.

This wouldn’t bother me so much if I had not asked about the allowance “every” time I was in the office. I was told $2500.00 every time.

I have called and spoken to the office manager on 3 occasions and still no resolution. She always says she will talk to the owner and call me back. She has never called me back. I have waited about 3 weeks each time and I always have to call her.

When I called on 23 Aug she offered me a 20% discount which I declined. I should not have to pay for their mistakes. I absolutely would not have gotten the implant if I had not been mislead several times about the allowance with my insurance.

My last comment to the office manager was I am ready to go to court over this. She said she would “ call me back”. Lets see how long it takes!

UPDATE:
After waiting weeks with no response, again, I called and spoke to a “new” office manager. She was very cordial and friendly. We discussed my issue but the owner still thinks I should pay, but they did reduce it $800 now. Started at $2200. Went to $1700. Then 20% off that. Now they are saying roughly $800. I still refuse to pay due to being grossly mislead about my policy.
Again, I am waiting for a response.
Money hungry. Its now gone to collections and I already told the collector I am not paying and I will go to court over this flagrant billing error fiasco. More later.

Been a year and this is still going on. Dr Arafa definitely puts money above honesty and customer satisfaction. Sad that they admit they screwed up but still expect me to pay for their mistakes. He certainly will not get any more of my money.

My whole family loves Advanced Dental!!! They have been so good to us over the years and are so friendly! They are no higher in price than any other dentist office. They are always willing to work with you based on your financial needs, which is a huge help! Both dentists are wonderful and over the few years I have been coming here, I have yet to have any sort of negative experience!
