Exceptional smiles was exceptionally TERRIBLE. Went in with a toothache and the dentist barely touched my tooth, announcing that I would need to get a crown. As a 20 year old, I knew that getting a crown now was premature and tried to figure out why I needed one. I was told a previous filling I had was done incorrectly and that I needed a crown and it would be $1000. They tried to schedule me for an appointment immediately and I said no. The doctor was rude and standoffish when I said this didn't make sense. Went to another dentist and turns out my gum was simply irritated. They gave me cream and the pain subsided. This dentist tried to scam me out of $1k, don't even waste your time going here.

Worst office I’ve ever been to. Convinced to get two crowns, one of which was not done properly (per another reputable dentist in Harrisonburg) and I had to pay thousands to get it redone by this dentist and since then I’ve had no problems. I was also in tons of pain during any procedure performed at this location. Again, per the local endodontist, I needed a root canal and again was mis-diagnosed which was why I was in so much pain. Would not recommend ever going here. Honestly the worst dental experience I’ve ever had in my life.
