I used to be a patient of Dr. Jen's and she talked me into getting invisalign to correct my teeth. Most of the time her assistant did the check-ups and the IPRs that were needed. IPR stands for interproximal reduction, basically shaving spaces between your teeth. This is something only a certified dentist is allowed to preform. She never even finished my treatment and had no concerns of helping me in anyway. I had to go to another dentist to finish the course of treatments. It has taken years to correct the damage she caused especially since I was never a candidate for the invisalign program to start with. With the help of another dentist and orthodontist my teeth are finally straight. She also had a to-do list of things she said needed to be completed with my teeth. Over half the list was bogus. She was my dentist for many years and I am sad to say I would never trust her to perform any treatment on me or anyone else ever again. She never even called to apologies or to reimburse me for her mistakes. I am not the first patient she did this with. She will blame her problem with narcotic pills for her mistakes, but that is not the case. She was a good dentist many years ago. I will never forget my experience through all this it has been along road and I am thankful for the dentist that corrected her mistake.

I called to be a new patient there on Monday at 2:30pm, random lady answered the phone and hanged up on me. So I called again, asking her if I can make an appointment. She said it takes 2-3 months to make new patients appointment. What kind of customer service is that?? Stay away from this place.
