Advanced Dental Care at Leesburg Village

Advanced Dental Care is the best dental experience I have had in my life so far. I have been going to them for 3 years now. They have expert dentists and professional staff! They are flexible, work with , and have great hours.

Dr. Raymond Mikhail is a dentist that I highly recommend to friends and family because he is very knowledgeable, empathetic, and does a phenomenal job in the dental care he provides his patients. The office provides a lovely ambiance and everything is state of the art and well cared for. It doesn't feel like a trip to the dentist but a therapeutic spa! He knows how to put his patients at ease and provide comfort while doing dental procedures. This dental office is definitely a must go for anybody seeking a dentist in the Loudon County area! We always have a great experience every time we have a dental visit.

This place is really awesome. I had a bad experience with some other dentist but they did a really good job. They do care for your concerns. I was greeted by Claudia who took like an interview and considered carefully what I was looking for. Thank you Claudia for that. And then my doctor was Dr Garima Talwar. She is really knowledgeable and clearly showed me with pictures and X-rays what I was dealing with and what will be the course of action. Not to mention, the assistants were really nice too. Thanks to this great team.

Dr. Mikhail is an exceptional Dentist. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable and thorough but he is very skilled. I have anxiety when it comes to dental procedures he made me feel very relaxed. The staff is exceptional! I am always met with a warm smile and extreme patience. I trust my whole families dental health to Dr. Mikhail and his staff. I couldn't be happier.

Customer service isn't the best, I literally had one of the front desk ladies roll her eyes at me. I will not be coming back to this business. It seemed their focus was on selling Invisalign/braces after I had mentioned and filled out on the form I wasn't interested. The whole sitting a patient in a business room with just the table and chairs felt too pushy. It made me feel uncomfortable and just wasn't a match.

Great team and so knowledgeable! I had an emergency case and the doctor was able to see me right away! I am so grateful for Dr. Talwar!

This office came highly recommend and I would highly recommend this office to anyone seeking dental care. I have a phobia about dentist. After having a dental implant, cavities filled and Invisalign done. I can honestly say I’m much calmer about my visits. The care I’ve received is excellent and the staff is amazing at Advance Dental care.

A visit to dentist is something you tend to dread, because it tends to be uncomfortable at times. But everybody at Advanced Dental Care makes sure you are comfortable, they are very flexible with adjusting to your schedule and also willing to explain in detail what needs to be done and why. I would highly recommend them.

I was very disappointed to find out that Dr Mikhail was not there! As a former patient, I should have been notified that the business had sold/changed hands and I'd be seeing a different doctor. His name was still on the outdoor sign, Claudia was still the receptionist, and Madonna the technician. So, imagine my surprise when a different dentist arrived at my chair after the dental cleaning. I was not happy! My service from Claudia and Madonna was outstanding, but I cannot rate my overall satisfaction as anything other than poor due to the owner/management decision NOT to inform me of the change prior to my appointment! I should have been given a choice - not a bait & switch tactic.

Oddly enough, I am one of those strange people that love going to the dentist... Why? because I love that fresh, clean, only after a pro cleaning feeling and I have never had any dental issues, until lately... I had the same dentist for 30+ years, he was great and I trusted him entirely. I moved across the country from him about 3 years ago and about that same time my teeth all started shifting and weird things started happening to my bite. I saw a couple of dentists/orthodontists over the last couple years for routine cleanings and a couple of consultations about what to do about my teeth moving so much. I even had a few old fillings replaced by some needle crazy dentist that wanted to "just pull a few teeth to make room".
um........ No!
Anyway, now I've moved again, to Va. and I found Advanced Dental Care. It's time for a cleaning and another consult about my worsening bite. I've been told to pull teeth, get braces, let them stop moving before I do anything....I just don't know what to do, everyone I have seen wants to sell me a different fix, and for the first time ever I was nervous about going to the dentist. I just want my smile to be pretty again and my mouth/bite to close properly.
Upon arrival I felt welcomed and thought the facility looked nice and clean. So far, so good. For the first time ever, the actual dentist cleaned my teeth! I always had the hygienists work on my teeth and then the actual dentist just look at my ex rays and check their work.... but this cleaning.....not like any other, ever. Turns out, my teeth had never been clean, not like this anyway. WOW I love that feeling! I really liked the fact that I didn't feel like I was being sold anything, only told about what was going on and my options. I found my new dentist and I won't be nervous next time. I really feel like I'm in good hands here.
