Several years ago our family dentist retired and we had to find a new one. I picked Dr. Rao's practice because of the glowing reviews that I read online. I have to say that, based on our experiences with her and her staff, nobody exaggerated in any of those reviews! Dr. Rao's practice is efficient and excels in time management. I've never had to sit in the waiting area more than ten minutes, and I've never been in an examination chair more than two minutes before I've received attention. We get timely reminders about appointments and the office staff knows our names every time we visit. Our son was fitted for Invisalign there and I've had several procedures, including a filling replacement yesterday in which I received the most precise numbing injections I've ever had. I'm used to having half my face droop and my tongue numb for an entire afternoon but, yesterday, only my gums in an area three teeth wide were numbed and two hour later I couldn't tell that I'd had a large filling drilled out and replaced. Neither she or her staff have ever tried to upsell us on products or procedures, and we've always found her and her staff to be upbeat and personable. If you're looking for a new provider I don't think you could do better anywhere in the Manassas area than Dr. Rao and Manassas Family Dentistry.

Amazing service! Our son fell and broke his tooth, took him to the ER because we couldn’t remember if that was his baby tooth or a permanent one. After being in the ER for more than 4 hours and 6 different doctors looking at him, they still couldn’t tell. We contacted Dr. Rao and she was so amazing to see us on a weekend as an emergency. She gave me the piece of mind 6 other doctors couldn’t and fixed my little one right up and outside of office hours. I will definitely be using her services again.
