Made an appointment THREE WEEKS IN ADVANCE. The week of the appointment I get a notification saying Dr. Rao needs to reschedule. No explanation. Not even an apology. Of course the proposed reschedule dates didn't work. Just had to cancel like that. Lost a new customer forever.
