I am a new patient and am extremely pleased with the service, professionalism and care I have received. Anita is my hygienist and is excellent in her her care, work and treatment. Brenda handles scheduling and billing and despite how busy the office is, she stays on top of it and manages the appointments and calls if anything opens up. I recommend Heavenly Hands!

Without question this place is perfect. The staff from the dental assistant to the hygienist to the doctor. Everyone was so welcoming and warming. This was my first time here and I'm thoroughly impressed. I can't remember the dental assistance name but she was so personable and sweet. Then Ms. Carroll the hygienist was so calm and through while making sure that I was comfortable. The doctor I went to see is on maternity leave so Dr. Brown came in and was so sweet. Love this place.

I would have been a new patient. I scheduled an appointment in January and had to wait until March. The day before my appointment they called and canceled my appointment and told me a sob story. Whoever said I can reschedule when I’m ready. I didn’t have the time until now and I called and they tell me another sob story of why I can’t be seen until August. If you are looking for a dentist this is not the one find another I wouldn’t want the same thing to happen to anyone else.

This was my 1st visit and I was very pleased. My wait was short. The receptionist was friendly. The dental hygienist was extremely professional yet personable. She took her time and explained everything she was doing. I felt no pain or discomfort. I hate the dentist office but she calmed my nerves. The dentist was friendly and knowledgeable. I am very impressed and have already recommended this office to others.

The name of the business speaks for itself. Wonderful practice, professional, on time, and has flexible hours to accommodate your needs. Dental fear is real speak to your hygienist and dentist if you have such anxiety because they definitely soothed my fear. Don’t let your dental benefits go to waste ❤️ 😬 🦷 🪥.

I only have good things to report but I want to start by saying that I have been receiving services with my prior dentist most of my life. And must add since primary school and I’m in my thirties now😍. I recommended a friend to my prior dentist and she was applaud of the lack of treatment she received in her 15 minutes appointment slot. I was unaware of the proper timeframe and specifics during a regular dental appointment because that’s all I have experienced. So I decided to conducted a research and it lead me to Heavenly Hands Family Dentistry. The name truly fits the description of their practice. I called and scheduled an appointment with no issues. Even though the timeframe was less than two months away I was pleasantly surprise that they were able to accommodate me as a new patient with all the Covid restrictions. When I arrived to my appointment I was elated by the cleanliness and proper PPE procedures they have put in place to ensure the safety of their clients and themselves. This brings to the actual service... I have one name/word to mention, AMANDA!!! She was truly amazing, very knowledgeable, and her attention to detail is what reeled me in. I had some uncomfortable moments but this was due to years of build up and prior neglect from my previous dentist. We had plenty of moments during the cleaning when she thought I might have been in some pain but I was laughing at my previous dentist for years of misleading service. The key to learning is experiencing different things and this was truly a experience where I learned from Amanda and Dr. Epps of the proper way to sustain good dental hygiene.. They are amazing!!! My mother has memory loss and she doesn't trust a lot of people. Everyone made my mother feel super comfortable. She was able to get her teeth examined and cleaned which has been hard to do. I kept waiting for someone to say we aren't going to be able to complete her exam but that didn't happen. Everyone and I mean everyone who works there was pleasant. It was a very enjoyable experience for my Mom and I. I highly recommend them for anyone who have special needs or family with disabilities. Thank you for ensuring my mother was comfortable and felt safe.

Dr Epps is the sweetest dentist ever. After going to a dentist that did unnecessary dental procedures and billing I was at a bit distrust in dentist but seeing her has been refreshing and nothing short of reassuring. Her office is extremely clean and very comfortable. She even lets you watch tv during procedures and her technology is also exceptional. Everyone there treats me and my daughter exceptionally well and I am glad to have found her office. She has me as a patient for a lifetime!!

Absolutely love this place! The best dental experience I've had here in the Richmond 804 area. The level of proprofessionalism is incredible at her practice. All her assistants are friendly, courteous,and professional as well. It's a very clean and well organize facility. I Love it!

This place is perfect. Never a long wait. The front office staff are always very friendly. The assistants are very nice. The dentist herself is EXCELLENT. I got a shot today and didn’t even feel the pinch usually associated with needles lol she’s very good. The best experience I’ve had with a dentist yet. Very affordable prices as well
