Dr.Epps was polite, personable, gentle, professional and very thorough she explained my insurance benefits and told me about when the benefits would run out based on my treatment plan.
She then took the time to slowly go over the pictures that were taken and explained why I have the pain where I have it.
She had to refer me to a specialist for a root canal and explained the entire process even down to the insurance. Her office also handles the referral so all I have to do is wait for a phone call and show up!
Oh yeah and let’s not forget about her super awesome nice staff!!
This was hands down one of the best dental practices I’ve been too and I look forward to coming back!!!

I left the office today with a WOW. I was greeted with a big Hello. The dental hygienist was excellent. She was thorough and did an outstanding job with cleaning my teeth. She explained the x-rays and also did a test on my time. MRS. Epps is just great! FRIENDLY, PATIENT AND listened. I will definitely go back and will refer others.

I contacted the office on a Monday about a chipped tooth, and was seen that Friday. Dr Epps and the staff were very friendly and they provided high quality service. As a very antsy dental patient, when I get in the chair I take off my front desk hat and become a very scared patient. The first time I did is when I learned that Dr. Epps most definitely has Heavenly Hands! I have never enjoyed the numbing part of any procedure and with her I have yet to ever feel it, I do not know what her secret is but I know I have yet to ever feel any pain from start to finish!
