I got there 6 minutes late and still received a warm welcome from the receptionist. My hygienist was very professional. She did great work on cleaning my teeth. Comfortable and peaceful environment. Overall every one was kind and patient. A rare combination now days. Thanks so much, see you all in 6 months.

Went today for my first time and i must say the reviews was correct. A very friendly laid back office and great Dentist. I usually have very bad anxiety going to the Dentist, however it was no where near as bad as it usually it is 🙂 I felt very comfortable. Would definately recommend. Not going anywhere else.

I absolutely LOVED this dentist, but the billing clerk is the reason I stopped going there. I did not have insurance, I had a dental plan (that the office was a member of) that gave me discounts on procedures.
Crowns at that time were listed on the Aetna Dental Plan (discount plan) at just under $1000. My discount would be 50% making it around $450. On 6/6/2019 I went and received my temporary crown and paid the $420 she said was the total owed. I kept having pain and finally my gums swelled and it became unbearable. I was told my permanent crown had came in so to come in and they would just put that on.
While there, the assistants kept putting the new one on to take x-rays. It kept falling off and every time they put it back on it cause excruciating pain. FINALLY they were able to get it to stay on and the crown was glued in place. It was a very unpleasant, painful appointment, but when I came out to the front desk, the woman made it even worse by asked me for $424. I told her I had already paid, but she told me I paid half. I told her I had the Aetna Dental Plan and I was only supposed to be charged half. She told me that I was and that they only had me pay half of my half the first time and that she had explained that in great detail to me over the phone. I told her she had not as I'm hearing impaired and do not discuss financial things over the phone for that reason. She became angry and insisted that she did and I just must not have heard her. She was very angry and rude at that point. I said so this one crown is over $1600? She said that was correct. I told her that if she had ever told me it was $1600 + and that my part would be $800 +, Id have had the tooth pulled as that was not in my ability to pay. Also the plan they were part of said that the crown should be around $900 and no one had told me differently. She still insisted angrily that she went over the entire thing in great detail with me and that I just didn't hear her.
I left and never received a bill, so I figured they realized their error, but I stopped going because of how rudely I had been treated by that receptionist. I did not feel comfortable ever seeing her again.
Now I just received a bill for $424. I paid good money to be a part of that Dental Plan and seems it was totally disregarded.
I now have excellent insurance, but I won't ever go back because I feel the billing clerk, or what ever she is, is trying to take money that is not owed. NO dental office at that time was charging $1600 for just a crown. I checked it all out in 2019 and since I was not billed, I have since gotten rid of all my documents. If pushed I will work to get them all again and retain a lawyer. I'd avoid this dentist if possible. Which is sad as the dentist herself is a wonderful person and VERY good. But her help leaves MUCH to be desired.

The staff was amazing! This has been the best cleaning/check up I’ve ever had. The entire staff and doctor were friendly, professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. My wait time was minimal and the office location is convenient. Five stars isn’t enough stars for Heavenly Hands Family Dentistry they definitely deserve more!

Dr. Epps is AWESOME! I went to her for a Fast Braces consultation & immediately felt at ease in the office's spa like atmosphere. Her staff are friendly, knowledgeable and gentle. I travel for work so their evening and Saturday appointments make it convenient for me to stay on schedule with my adjustments.
The exam rooms have state of the art equipment & I get to choose my favorite TV shows to watch during visits. I am 5 months into my Fast Braces experience and am amazed at the progress in such a short time! I am on track to complete the process before the end of the year. I am very pleased with the services at Heavenly Hands so I have recommended friends & co-workers.

I just recently switched my daughter to this practice. She normally hates the dentist and absolutely adored Dr. Epps and her staff. She said that it was a pleasant experience. I loved the fact that they had later business hours that helped with my busy schedule. I highly recommend this practice to anyone!!!!

Dr. Epps does a wonderful job of explaining what you need and the process that goes into it. The staff is warm, friendly and helpful. This is a great place for dental work. I recommend them to anyone in need of a quality dentist.

Stress free, Gentle, professional, clean calming atmosphere. I looked for a Black owned business to be supportive of my race and found one with welcoming diversity. Although it's a far drive I 100% reccomend this dentist practice.
