Dr. Anthony Schaapman was very detailed in placing a crown on my new implant. The fit was excellent with no adjustment needed at my follow-up appointment. In fact, it was by far the best fitted crown I have ever had. He was very professional as well as patient. In addition, I had my teeth cleaned and the dental hygienist was very gentle yet thorough and I have requested her for future cleanings. All the staff that I have encountered have been very friendly, courteous and accommodating. I am extremely pleased with the services that I have received at both the New Kent and Staples Mill locations and will continue to have my dental work performed at Virginia Family Dentistry.

This review is coming from somebody that has had an awful experience in the past: I can honestly say Dr. Roper made me feel at ease and answered any questions I had. He talked to me during the whole procedure and I honestly wasn’t in any pain (besides the numbing process which he can’t help). I will continue to see him. Everyone there was very welcoming and friendly. His assistant was also amazing. Thank you so much to all for taking care of me. I will recommend you to anyone. To anyone that is having second thoughts about seeing a dentist because you’re nervous or scared, Go see Dr. Roper . You’re in good hands here!
