First they made me wait two weeks to see my child. By the time he was able to be seen the tooth that was nothing him he managed to pull himself. Next I took my teen to them and was hit with all sorts of charges. None of which were what I was told it would be on the phone. I called my former dentist back home who told me this was twice the price of a normal dental visit for the same thing ( cavity filling) . There was nothing warm or welcoming about this office or it’s staff. Also we have multiple forms of insurance and they don’t accept ANY of them. Call around before going here.

I have been a patient for many years, and love the staff. But, I am not happy with the direction of the practice. I am there for dentistry related services, not to have my blood pressure taken or to discuss other non-dental issues. I have a primary doctor for this and other general medical issues. Also, if you insist on monitoring blood pressure, please invest in quality equipment. My comments are meant to be helpful, as I know you guys have the best interest of your patients in mind. If I were in business, I would appreciate honest comments from my customers.

I had recently had a tooth removed from being cracked. Two days after extraction I went back to the family dentistry they said it was not a dry socket and that everything was fine!! But here I sit one week later still in pain!! With a hole in my gum where my tooth used to be!! I will never return! This experience has made me dislike the dentist even more. 😟

Had a pretty good experience at my least favorite place on earth: the dentist. They used numbing gel just to clean my sensitive teeth, didn’t hurt me at all. I’ll be back to get my broken tooth fixed and I’m barely even dreading it. ☺️

The new building is very nice. Very new to everyone so it will take a bit for the employees to get used to everything's location but all went well. Linda the hygienist is so sweet and easygoing.
