I wish I could add another set of five stars to this review! I recently had the pleasure of receiving OUTSTANDING dental service at Cedarwood Dentistry!! I had a horrible accident over the July 4th holiday weekend in which my two front Incisors were broken and had fallen off. My entire weekend was a tragedy. I had to wear a mask 24/7 in public, and didn't have the confidence to return to work as a waitress. Imagine waking up and looking in the mirror to your two front teeth broken in half!!
I had to wait until July 5th to get a consultation appointment because of the holiday weekend. I called and Ms. Sheena at the front desk answered. I explained my situation and she expressed immediate concern. She gather my info and I told her that I had just changed restaurants and had no insurance coverage. To be honest, I did expected a change in concern due to not being covered. That expectation never happened. Most dental offices don't like to deal with uninsured patients. Ms. Sheena never put me on hold and told me that I could come in the following day.
Upon arrival Sheena and Jayne gave us a very warm welcome. We waited for about five minutes, and were called to the back by Dr.Wolbergs dental assistant, Ms Maha. From the moment that I sat in the chair the level of customer service was impeccable. Maha was so professional and knew how to take x-rays without hurting my mouth in the process. Her explanation of the consultation preparation was fast and easy.
Dr. Wolberg came in and was so cool and chill. He exam ed me and explained the pricing. While putting the new composites on my teeth, he made sure that my procedure was painless. And continuously asked how was I feeling during the process. The procedure only took about 30 minutes and my results had me crying after I left Cedarwood Dentistry.
When an establishment shows that they care more about you than money, it is priceless. They also have a program for the uninsured that the average working person can afford. Thank you Sheena, Jayne, Maha, and my new dentist Dr. Wolberg! You guys ROCK!! Sorry to be so long winded.

We move here 4 yr ago.I been looking for dental office and I had no luck. I had Google here like any other place,than I found jackpots. It sounds weird but founding dental, new doctor office is not easy because you looking for, are they nice,do a good job, are they knowledgeable,caring. Yes! My family it's here to stay. They're friendly very personable front to back office. Dr Vera took time going to office the day she was off to make sure my husband was taking care of even though he was new patient, she made the call to other Dr for him. My experience before, you make the call and hopefully you can be seen mercy Of their hand.good, good group of people here.

Going to the dentist is not always what people look forward to but Cedarwood Dentistry does a wonderful job at treat me and my family with the best possible care. I have had the same person clean my teeth for the last couple years and I have gotten to know her and her family and I look forward to coming and enjoying the company. And Doctor Wolberg is awesome! Chris and his team are great! They are accommodating to schedules and take time to discuss your oral health and make sure any concerns are taken care of. They even make adjustments for people who aren’t the biggest fans of a dentist office to make you feel more at ease. Looking forward to Chris to take care of my teeth for years to come.

I was in Richmond to help my wife with a surgery when I developed a painful toothache. Although Cedarwood was not the first practice I called, they were the first to answer the phone with a live staff member. Although I was not a regular patient, they saw me the same day. The wait was minimal and the staff and doctor were professional, friendly, and diagnosed and resolved my problem in less than an hour.
