I got full dentures done here. It was an intense experience, but the employees did everything they could to make it as easy and good of an experience as possible. Osama, their in-house “tooth artist” as I like to call him, was incredible. When I let him know that I had a big life event coming up for which I wanted to have my new teeth, he put me in the front of the line and made my teeth for me over the weekend. He met with me several times to ensure that they fit perfectly, and was so patient with all my requests. The front desk ladies are all kind and friendly, as well as the dental assistants. It was easy to get appointments, and they were accommodating with giving me as many as required to have the ideal fit for my new teeth. My only comment about what I wish had been different, is that I wish that they had stocked and offered nitrous oxide to help cope with the extractions. All in all though, if you need a dentist who accepts Medicaid for dentures, I recommend Ideal Dental mainly because of Osama . His talent and willingness to help was greatly appreciated.

WORST EVER!! I went for a filling, and was told by the dentist that I needed a root canal and crown, even though I wasn't having any pain. Everything was done September 2022.
I have since returned more than 3 different times because of pain persisting (it's March and I'm still in pain). He shaved crown down each time. The last time, he began to shave the tooth above it down (I had to quickly stop him) because the crown could not be shaved down anymore. Obviously the impression was done wrong, to have a crown THAT oversized, yet he tries to convince me that this is normal, and gets upset if I ask questions. DO NOT TRUST HIM.
The rest of the staff, front desk and all, are awesome.

No one looked in my mouth. I was told I should pull the infected tooth. When I asked if the tooth could be saved they said yes. The doctor only referred me to an endontist after I insisted. He was short with me. He refused to look at the other issue I was there for because this appointment was only for one tooth. I suppose that could have been my mistake. He disagreed with me as to my level of pain. The assistant that helped was nice. The actual "professional" exhibited an uncompassionate and combative decorum.

I had an appointment set for tomorrow (after making my appointment almost 2 months ago) and they called the day BEFORE and told me I had to reschedule because I have pregnancy insurance, which need to be authorized. (I had my baby in June of last year) I had explained that to them. They had my insurance information when I made the appointment! I had took off of work and everything for this. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL I DID NOT LIKE THE WAY THAT WAS HANDLED!!!

My mother was treated horribly by Dr. Bright he never looked at her chart was about to touch her with latex gloves which she is allergic to. He proceded to tell her to lay back when she had questions.Being cautious on her own safety he was upset pulled 2 teeth and gave her no medicine and sent her home.

Can never get in contact with anyone at the front desk. Incompetent receptionists and dentists. Any work they do WILL need to be redone. And pray they don't cause serious and/or life threatening damage because its proven that they're guilty of it. If they don't pick up the phone, PLEASE take it as your sign to go elsewhere. You will regret going here.

I was cared for by Dr. Omar. It felt good having my teeth cleaned after so many years. The office was clean and everyone was nice and welcoming. I’m returning next week to have some more work done. Thank you Ideal Dental care!

The most UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE OF BUSINESS… Tried to make an appointment REPEATEDLY because my insurance provider gave me this number…
Well for one they have a number that’s forwarded to I’m guessing a cell phone , secondly I’ve called multiple of times just for them to keep texting an auto message (
Sorry dealing with a patient how can we help you) I mean it’s been 1week and it’s the same message, so I waited til the weekend to see if it would give the same message! Absolutely.. so I responded I don’t like to text business but would prefer a call back ! No one never called back on top of they will send the same message repeatedly, and never will answer your phone call
Just go elsewhere to someone who’s more professional & take that people teeth are not a joke

Horrible service; it took the doctor 45 minutes to see my friend with a serious tooth infection, and after being seen it took an hour and a half to get the antibiotics because Ideal Dental Care messed up the prescription two times. On top of all of this, I could not reach them to save our lives; I called 15 times to Ideal Dental Care without any answer so I was forced to drive back to the dentist to ask if they had actually sent the prescription in or not. After returning to ask about the prescription we went back to wait at the pharmacy once again only to find out that AGAIN they had NOT sent in the prescribed antibiotics, this whole time my friend is in excruciating pain; I called 10 more times with no answer AGAIN so I was forced to drive back to the dentist for a third time to find out why they had not sent in her antibiotics. Poor poor practice at this location, I would highly recommend NEVER using Ideal Dental Care. Thank you, have a wonderful day.

I went here and my dentist was Dr.Shaw! She was fantastic. I came in with really bad tooth decay. The biggest problem area where in the front of my mouth where people could see. It was really starting to make me feel insecure about my teeth especially as they continued to get worse. I will be honest, there can be kinda long wait times to get called back but that didn’t bother me. She did a great job and really preformed a huge transformation. She was even able to save a very decayed tooth. She took her time and worked hard to get me in earlier to finish the trouble areas. I highly recommend!!!!! It feels so good to smile and talk without wondering if someone noticed the areas I was feeling insecure about!
