I wrote a review for the practice 2 years ago. My thoughts happily remain the same. Dr. Gardner and staff are the best, they're like a family friend. We have been with his practice for 30 years. They treat us with respect and honesty; we provide our loyalty to them.
The dental hygienists are thoughtful and professional; As are the billing and administrators for this practice. I continue to suggest or recommend them to everyone I know.
Additionally, this practice now offers periodontal care and accepting new patients.
Addendum: Dr. Midgette and staff did another great job by replacing a cracked crown. The use of technology allowed me to have a quick fix without lab delay. I recommend this practice.

I was so sorry to Dr. Gardner had retired and my hygienist had left. I met a new hygienist Kristen and she is very friendly and Dr. Midgette is very nice. One thing that has not changed is everyone cares about the patients and wants us to be informed. All in all a very pleasant visit.

Very disappointing. I had a stroke July 19, 2022. I actually called the office from the hospital to change my appointment to six weeks later, September 7, 2022. When I arrived, it was then they asked for the cardiologist and neurologist phone numbers to get clearance for semi annual my teeth cleaning. They didn’t clean the teeth or examine me after I arranged for transportation to the dentist office 28 miles (round trip) away. They asked if I could come back later in the day in the hope they would have heard from a specialist. Now I’m waiting to see if they billed my insurance for this NON visit, per the advice of the insurance company. This will determine whether I now have to file a claim against them. A horrible experience!

Molly was also terrific and gave me pointers on brushing and flossing. She kindly pointed out areas where I could improve and then taught me how to do so. Thank you.Always good to learn something new.
