The staff is very helpful. Even if you are a new patient you can make an appointment in the same week. The nurses and the doctor explain everything to the patient and they are very polite. The clinic is very clean and there is no wait time.
After two years now the accountants for this clinic keep making mistakes and don’t make enough effort to call the insurance to inquire about the benefits. So I will give the clinic now 4 stars.

Positive experience with all staff. Thorough exam and understandable needed procedure. Sad to hear my dental hygienist is leaving, she was a joy to interact with and performed her job well, as always very good experience. Good to have like minded Christians providing this service and interested in each others lives. Thank you!

I see Dr. Swanner and can’t say enough good things about him. He is cheerful, kind, concerned about making sure his patients have as little pain as possible. Dr. Swanner is very pleasant while also being highly professional. During my visits he explained everything he was going to do and answered all my questions. My plan is to continue seeing Dr. Swanner.

The office is run very efficiently including a good plan for incorporating all COVID precautions from the moment you park your car until your visit is over. You can get help with insurance concerns and for more complicated procedures you will know the cost ahead of time. All the staff are very knowledgeable, courteous, and just plain nice to be around. I have not had to wait for more then a few minutes for anything.

Dr. Swanner and all the staff at Gardner & Swanner deserve their 5 star rating.

Really amazed at the process you used to ensure the positive outcome of the procedure of aligning my teeth! Dental work has progressed so much that I kept my mouth open in awe!

Dr. Gardner is the best dentist ever! He is caring, gentle.and current on all techniques and technology. He has a wonderful, supportive staff. I have been going to Dr. Gardner for years and years and now drive an hour and a half to have my dental needs taken care of by the only dentist for me.... Dr. Gardner!

I have been a patient of Dr. Midgette for several years at his Suffolk office. I live in Richmond and was very happy when he started working wirh Dr. Gardner. I have a much shorter drive now :)

I cannot say enough about Dr. Midgette. He, and those working with him, are very professional and always accommodating. He is a perfectionist and does nothing but the very best work, using the latest in technology. I highly recommend him and anyone he chooses to work with.

I just happened to find Dr. Gardner while looking online for dentist to repair my retainers and boy do i feel lucky. I move around a lot due to work and have seen approximately 10 dentists across the US who have been mediocre at best. At Dr. Gardners i was able to get a true sense of dental professionalism. He was able to fix my retainers amongst other things other dentists didnt take the time to check for or point out. I felt as though i was in the best hands - he has set the bar very high!! :)

I had my first appointment here today. It was wonderful. The whole team is very compassionate and actually explains everything and listens intently to your concerns. Will definitely use them as my new dentist. Loved it.

Dr Gardner & Midgette consistently go out of their way to take care of me and will carve time out to see me when there’s an emergency. They couldn’t be any nicer to work with. I highly recommend their office, it’s one of the few offices that give you a family feeling

There is no better dentist than Dr. Edward Gardener.
The extensive procedure that he performed this morning on a badly broken crown went smoothly and quickly. Even though Dr. Gardener has been my dentist for 20+ years, and he has my absolute confidence, I was quite anxious about this surgery. After he administered novacaine, I felt no pain whatsoever, and the entire process was over in no time! Dr. Gardener works miracles!
