I feel it was highly unprofessional. I called 2weeks ahead of time to st appointment. I spoke with front office and gave them all the information off my insurance cards to make sure it would be accepted. They told me all was good to come in on September 8. I went in and had my lower plate relined . A temporary realignment. When I went to check out, I was told my insurance would not pay anything and that I owed $600.00. The office manager said she was told this by my insurance company day prior. If they had told me this before being seen, I would have cancelled and went elsewhere. Totally unprofessional!!!
