I'm really upset with Peter's Creek Dentistry my mother who is a senior went their because this is my and my husband's dentist, she had to have 9 teeth extracted and Dr Harrison recommended oral surgery. Had that taken care, ended up costing over 7000.00 it cost so much because she needed Bone graphs for the implant studs because she needs a bottom dentures. Mother is on socal security and only gets so much money. After her mouth healed I called Peter's Creek Dentistry to make an appointment for her dentures, and I ask the lady for the total cost of dentures and putting them in the whole package, I told the receptionist that she had the teeth extracted and the implants put in to hold the dentures in and was ready to get her dentures, she told me the cost was 2057.00 for everything. Not only did I call once but I called twice for this information. Went yesterday for the appointment Dr Harrison did great with mom made us feel special but their was only one thing wrong, went to pay in full for services and the receptionist said that will be $3460.85 I about flipped, I told her I was quoted $2057.00 twice on the phone she told me that the person I talked too didn't know about all the oral surgery and the implants, and she really didn't know what she was doing, I told her it's not right thats bad business. I had 2700.00 of moms money in my pocket the money I was quoted to pay them and her rent, and money to buy her cloths for the nursing home that she going into because she has dementia. I'm waiting for a response from them to fix this problem and if they do I'll let you know but my heart is broke at this time because this is the dentist that my husband and I use and have been going their for years.
