Everyone here is so friendly and helpful. Very clean establishment. While there, Jessica did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. She was very considerate, thorough, and friendly. She did a great job explaining everything to me. Dr. Elgohary is also very nice and took the time to explain everything to me as well. Great people and highly recommend them!!

Everyone is always really nice and very professional. I enjoy going to the dentist here and feel like I can ask questions and get good information. The appointments are generally pretty quick and thorough. They see me and both of my children and my kids never feel scared or worried when I go to this dentist.

I returned to Riverfront Dentistry after a long time away and was grateful for the warm welcome back and the care I received during my appointment. The practice as a whole wants the very best care for everyone who visits and presents a plan of care that includes the patients areas of concern as well as the providers. I am very happy that I was able to return to Dr Elgohary and Riverfront Dentistry. (Jess was super and I did thank her for all the poking with sharp objects that she was able to provide! ) Seriously, everyone was great and I highly recommend Riverfront Dentistry and Dr Elgohary to anyone with teeth!!! (Nitrous oxide played no role in this review....)

I had a routine checkup and teeth cleaning Wednesday. Jessica was my dental tech. She was wonderful. Very proficient and business-like. Friendly and a good conversationalist. Made my appointment painless and enjoyable. I rate Jessica 10 out of 10!

Best dental office!! If I could give them more stars I would, that's how good they are!! Dr. Elgohary and Heather are simply the best. Not only that, they actually take the time to know you and they remember all the details on the next visit. They always do an amazing job and in general the whole staff is GREAT and very friendly.

My absolute favorite dental office I’ve been too. Dr. Elgohary and his staff are phenomenal and very friendly. My dental hygienist Jessica is awesome and does such a great job!! My toddler started seeing Jessica in November (when he was 3years old.) We just went for my toddlers(now 4 yrs old) 2nd appt with Jessica today (3/7/23) and he just absolutely loves her, she is so friendly!!! Best dental office I’ve been to. We just love the atmosphere there.

The absolute WORST staff I’ve experience. As a military family who’ve been to multiple dentist offices due to living in multiple states, I will say this office has left a bad taste. Myself and children went to this dentist office from 2019-2020 then left Va due to military orders and came back this year. I was excited to come back to this office and boy has that changed completely. The staff is not only rude they too cancel appointments without letting anyone know and their excuse was bc we missed appointments in the past which is true bs. To even schedule new appointments was a hassle literally left on hold over 20 mins. We left in 2020 with no outstanding bills and what I thought was a great relationship but I see now that’s a lie. The office manager and staff lack of communication makes me VERY happy to look for another dentist office.
