My family was referred to Dr. Elgohary’s office for general dentistry needs by Dr. Taylor, Orthodontist. From the time I walked in Dr. Elgohary’s Officer until we exited we were treated with EXCELLENCE customer service, promptness, warm welcoming from the office manager and other staff, and an nice quick tours of his office. My son received 2 quarters for the toy machine before he was seen and then thereafter he received 2 more quarters so the was truly happy. Children and the dentist office sometime do not mix well. Dr. Elgohary was very professional and humble!!!! To the ENTIRE staff I appreciate YOU ALL and I am happy that we have found our new family dentistry office for all types of dental services. Lastly, I was recommend Invisalign (fast track plan) for 3-4 months of wear and Dr. Elgohary gave me and MAJOR DEAL. He is definitely a keeper for our family because he helped save us some money, YAY!!!!!! 😁😁

Well, I’ve been going to this practice since my family moved to this area in 2006. Due to this, I believe I have enough experience with staff members to give an honest review. This dentistry is great. They have a clean, modern office. The staff are always incredibly friendly, conversational, and they remember your name. You never feel like just a patient. I’ve always received diligent service, whether it be a standard cleaning, getting a cavity filled, or getting my permanent retainers. The only negative I can think of may be the commute for some, but seeing that we’re in Hampton Roads, long distance driving is necessary for almost everything. I no longer live in Suffolk/Churchland, but I still come here. For me, it’s hardly a reason to switch service. I highly recommend Riverfront Dentistry.

Worst experience ever. I waited three months for a deep cleaning. First, if a dentist office is having to schedule that far out, then they should increase their staff, sometimes customers service is better than profit. I forgot about my appointment, I think they may have called two weeks ago to remind me, but it was probably doing my working hours and most people know how that goes. Never the less day of the appointment, I get a call at 310, my appointment was at 300 ask if I was coming. I was honest about forgetting the appointment but I was literally 5 mins, less than a mile away. I said I could be there in 5 mins and lady says “No” it’s to late. Really 15 minutes is too late? Ok, whatever. Then she proceed to say we may charge a no show fee, depending on your history etc. Wait, I never missed an appointment before. I’m less than a mile away from your office right now. I waited three months for this appointment and your office will not wait 15 minutes for me. Really, and you threatening a no show fee. I had an another deep cleaning appointment scheduled for the following week, so I cancelled it. That way they could make up the money they lost for not giving me 15 minutes of leeway when I gave them 3 months of waiting to be seen. Now, I shouldn’t be charged since they are so desperate for money. I recommending finding another dentist office, I will be finding another dentist office for all five members of my family.

Update: Because of this review, the dentist office send us a very tacky message, cancelling our service for my children and husband. This is perfectly ok, because there is better dentist in the in the area, that is not immature this unprofessional. They have thousand of people write false reviews but here is a photo of the tacky letter they provided. Due to negative and but factual review. They even state it in the letter “ wish to cancel on a review.”I will not be silenced, you can’t cancel me and I know my First Amendment Right. I spoke the truth about my experience and I’m happy to find another denist that is mature enough to handle a negative review

Doc Tony is absolutely the BEST. He is Very good with the kids and very informative as well. The finest doctor in Virginia!

Riverfront Dentistry team is amazing! I became a new patient after moving here from out of state and they worked extremely hard to assist me in retrieving my old dental records from my prior dental office. The office manager is going above and beyond to assist me with my current dental needs. The dentist and hygienist were very sensitive to my sensitive teeth needs.

Super friendly staff. The dental hygienist is very friendly and personable. The dentist seems very caring and genuine. This place makes you feel like family. I would recommend Riverfront Dentistry to everyone.

They're always the friendliest and kindest people. Every visit is like catching up with old friends. Superior service, and I know my dental needs are being cared for in the highest possible quality manner. I can't recommend this practice highly enough.

Silvana was amazing with a Capital “A”. She was attentive, responsive and detailed oriented to my specific dental needs. Heidi was also friendly warm and personable. I would recommend the office to my friends and family!

I have been a patient of Dr Elgohary for quite some time. From fillings to crowns and bridge work to whitening, I have always been treated with respect and great care. Dr Elgonary explains all procedures in detail. The staff are amazing,talented, courteous and fun to be around.
I recently moved from the area but prefer to drive to Suffolk just so that I can keep visiting with this office.

Great dental appointment. I received a complete assessment and detailed plan of action with options from Dr. Elgohary. All of my concerns were addressed. Exceptional bedside manner!! I highly recommend this practice!
