Great dental visit! I have been going to this office for a long time and the change from Dr. Simms to Dr. Goya’s has been an easy one. I will miss Dr. Simms but I know I’m in good hands with Dr. Goyal. His dental assistant Caroline was awesome and I should know since I’m her mom.

From my very first visit Dr. Goyal, I was made to feel welcome and comfortable both by the friendly competence of the staff and the pleasant environment of the office itself... he takes time to explain all the procedures. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and Dr. Goyal was honest and straight forward. I have been to other dentists that exaggerated the level of care needed in order to make more money, so it was a relief to find a dentist with integrity. You know you are in good hands when you learn things about your bone structure as a side bar. He has a very keen eye for the details!

I’m an old school veteran that spent my entire career taking care of my soldiers, so I don’t care how much you know; until I know how much you care. He explained all the pros and cons of the treatment so that I can make informed decisions concerning my dental health. That being said, there are no words to describe how delightful my experience with Goyal Dentistry has been! Greeted with dignity, and respect, and treated with an apparent desire to provide the best possible care to my diverse list of needs. Patience, persistent, and perseverance is what it takes with each individual and Dr. Goyal and his staff have come through with flying colors!

Bottom line here…Dr. Goyal is systematic organizer and planner that adheres to high standards of quality and approaches his work with a commitment to excellence. This is in direct correlation to his ability to step back from your situation and break things down to their component parts for you and then proceed to place his thoughts into words that are easy to digest before he produces amazing results at the end of your visit. I recommend Goyal Dentistry in my highest rearguard!

Dr. Sims has been my dentist for over 20 years and I absolutely would recommend him to anyone. When I had my 2 children many moons ago, I thought I was being the "good parent" and taking them separately to a pediatric dentist and continued seeing Dr. Sims for myself. After many tears spent from my daughter over fear of that dentist, I decided to try and see if Dr. Sims could ease her mind a little more. Well, needless to say, that's where we stayed. He did a beautiful job on her braces many years later and even caught something crazy we had no idea about going on in my son's jaw and immediately had us in an oral surgeon's office. I love the staff, I love Dr. Sims, and cannot say enough about how great they are.

Dr. Sims has been my personal dentist for more than 30 yrs. and my family's dentist for 25. HIs service and staff have always been top notch. He has been available for emergencies as well as our regular check-ups.

I have been a patient of Dr. Sims since I retired from the Navy in 1986; my wife was already a patient of his. He complimented the dental work the Navy had done and has been "grinding" away on me ever since. His lidocaine shots are painless, the best ever. The staff is well trained and very personable; they file all the insurance paperwork with no fuss. Patience is a virtue with this man; he does not get rattled. If you need a dentist he is your man.

We first came to Dr Sims about 7 years ago when the dentist we were seeing was out of town, my wife was in severe dental pain, and the prior dentist's staff wouldn't give my wife any pain killer nor refer her elsewhere. They expected her to suffer for a week more until he came back. So we contacted Sims' office and they scheduled my wife as an emergency and our family has been going there ever since and we're very happy with them. Kim in the front office is great too.

Absolutely love this place! Everyone is super friendly and they make visits to the dentist painless and throughly enjoyable. Highly recommend.

I would give the man 100 stars for his patience, accomodation, curtesy to others and professionalism!
He is a people person and loves to help others.
I first visited the office after my front tooth chipped, he fixed me up in no time and helped me with the bill, I was college student working as a waiter at the time with no funds and Dr. Sims helped me through.
My next 2 visits were for wisdom teeth. He had 2 teeth out in less than 20 minutes with absolutely no complications.
I have never been to a more gentle dentist EVER!!
