Pleasant Smile Dental Care

Receptionist is always amazing! However the rest of the staff isn’t unfriendly, but not exactly welcoming either. I also know that sometimes you have to wait, but it does feel like every time I go I am always waiting so long to see the Dentist. It is frustrating to me as my time is just as important as the staff and other patients.

Dental visit for a 9 yo who is scared of dentists. Very friendly staff at front desk, Dental assistants also nice & friendly. I can’t say enough about the Dr. He is great, very kind, made her feel not so anxious. Overall great experience

Everyone has been friendly. I mean everyone! I have a history with a really bad dentist when I was young and super impressionable. To this day I will find any and every excuse not to go to dentist. I changed my dental insurance and made appointment here. I have been seen several times (because of my anxiety) I explained my history and honestly I don't think they do anything special just for me. I feel they take patient care seriously and all the times I have been there I haven't been alarmed about anything.

Doc is always pleasant and friendly. He knows and remembers you. Shows he cares! The staff have all been great! Very friendly and knows their stuff! They explain treatment plans thoroughly!

I went there for a back molar that cracked and broke. Left very sharp edges that was cutting my tongue drastically. I knew I needed a lot of dental work. I was hoping they do more. After sitting and it seemed they were more evolved with other patients, he told me what needs to be done. I accepted that. But for my immediate problem, first before he would do and while I was in chair in pain, I had to pay. Then ground on the tooth. In fairness it was hard to tell bc my tongue was already cut up. But when I got home had to take my own glass nail file and file down the sharp edges that was causing my pain. The problem for me was that not one of them spoke clear English and found it very difficult to to communicate with them, plus for the charge and a professional dentice couldn't see the problem. I will seeking some office that does all and someone I can communicate better with?

Pleasant Smile was pleasant to visit. My check up was thorough and I got a good report, no cavities. Yeah!

Sometimes the doctor and nurse converse in a different language while taking about the patient in the room. This is unprofessional and rude. Doctor bedside manners is lacking.

This place tried to say that I needed $10000 done on my teeth. I went to another Dentist and they are charging $500 and said there is nothing else that needs addressing to. And the place that I went to has excellent ratings so I'll trust them. I didn't have a good vibe entering this place. I won't be back.

The dentist could be a little more thorough in telling me exactly what teeth (pointing out which ones need to be removed). Rather than giving me a referral with tooth numbers to be extracted
So yes I will be going back tomorrow to get more detail seeing as the place I’m Refered to for the removal insists all be extracted that day. Whoa I was under the impression it was only 2 teeth. So the dentist wil need to show ans explain why the others must be on that list for immediate removal

The staff at Pleasent smile dental care was very friendly and welcoming. They quickly took my x-rays and did an examination of my teeth and cleaned them well. They made a plan and helped schedule out in advance. This place is also open on Saturdays which will be a big plus for my work schedule.
