Many things are special about this practice. From the minute you walk into the Dental office, you know you are not just a patient. They not only know your name, but they make you feel like you are important to them. From the receptionist greeting you with kindness, to the hygienist remembering your family and what you talked about the last time you were in, to the Dr. Folsom, his kindness and his outstanding care. I am one that always used to dread going to the dentist. Dr. Folsom relieved me of all my fears. I have to say, “I have never felt any pain when he worked on me”, and it was important to him that I didn’t feel any pain. I am such a “wuss”! The staff is very efficient. They keep your records updated & schedule your 6 month checkup according to your work schedule. If you prefer a text reminder vs a phone call, they do that too! A great service for shiftwork lifestyles!
