Mint Condition Dental- Colfax

I’m not scared of the dentist anymore since I found Mint Condition in Colfax! What a wonderful staff!

Best dental experience of my life! I will be going back for more work. Typically I get anxious, nervous and dread going to the dentist. Dr. Gibbs & staff provided a relaxing environment and explained procedure options. I was not anxious and remained calm due to not even feeling the shot hardly and was completely numb after two injections, normally I need 3 and hate the procedure and never get all the way numb. They played calming music on a large screen tv and the procedure wasn't overly long. The receptionist explained my dental benefits and how we can best maximize them for the work I need to have done. I also have done 2 sessions of ZOOM Whitening here previously and my teeth are 4 shades whiter! I took my 10 year old here and Dr. Gibbs extracted multiple teeth with little panic and anxiety in the chair, we will be going back for Invisalign consultation to possible avoid braces.

I had two crowns today. I’m not going to say it was pleasant, but their technology has really improved from only two years ago. It was a surprisingly comfortable experience.

I was nervous about going to the dentist after my previous dentist had gone out of business. I loved the atmosphere. Everyone there was very friendly and professional. I enjoyed my experience and look forward to going to them for all my dental needs.

Going to the dentist is always a fright. Doctors Gibbs and Metcalf as well as the super friendly staff made the whole experience much more tolerable.

I chose Mint Condition Dental because of the convenient location on Main in Colfax and the operating hours--being able to take care of appointments before work is my preference.

I have recommended Mint Condition Dental to the rest of my family and to anyone reading this review.

This is Joe Reynolds at my wife's computer, I am veryy pleased with my visits to Mint Condition Dental in Colfax, From Kathy out front to Dr. Gibbs all of the people are very professional but at the same time you can tell they really care for their patients. Had my teeth cleaned and it was the easiest I have ever had. Dr. Gibbs then pulled two teeth and fixed two old fillings, much better than things like this have been in the past. I am so glad they came to Colfax and will be going there from now on.

I have very bad anxiety with needles... At a prior appointment he had offered for me to use the nitros at the next one.... But when I when to my next appointment and asked he told me he didn't use it on adults cause it rarely worked... But my roommate went a couple days later and and the dentist offered it to him with out him asking and gave it to him.... I have really bad bad anxiety and wish that this would be looked into because it upsets me very much. Thanks!

My 6 year old son had his cleaning done by Tiffany, Dr. Gibbs finished with an exam and had recommended further treatment. Tiffany assisted in getting him numb and it was such a breeze! Dr. Gibbs works fast and efficiently helping with any anxiety young kids may have being at the dentist. The staff offers high fives, an awesome treasure box and a comfortable "like family" environment. Thank you Mint Condition!!

Would not recommend to anyone. My kids were seen for a cleaning and everything went fine. At then end of this appointment the recommended sealants for the molars and we made that appointment. Went in for that appointment and things got crazy. My one son was nervous and they were only able to do 2 out of 4 sealants (understandable). Then it was time for my other son. He has some oral issues and knowing that, they scheduled his sealants with the dentist. The dentist came in, tried for 2 seconds, said never mind and bring him back when he’s older. I was angry at his lack of effort but oh well. Then they charged my insurance company as if they had done the work! I called my insurance company and told them what happened. Mint condition did eventually refund the insurance company. Then they billed me under the wrong patient. It’s been 2 months and I’m still working on getting things squared away. I do not have any faith in the billing department or the dentist; that being said, the dental hygienists were sweet and compassionate.

I have had most amazing experience with this office... Well lets just say that I would not drive from Spokane to Colfax if it was not worth it :). Very professional and well trained staff as well as Doctors.. They really do care and they are there for you before, during and after your needs are met.. Thank you Mint Condition...
