Mint Condition Dental- Colfax

I woke up in serious pain and did not have a dentist established. I called Mint Condition and they went above and beyond to get me in as a new patient and see me same day to remove my extremely painful, broken and infected tooth. They did an amazing job! Didn't feel a tving

As a part of my degree in resource management policy at the University of Wisconsin, Stevens Point I had coursework in wildlife biology and fisheries. As a part of the measurement of the population demographics of a species a scientist must mark or tag an animal that they release into the wild. This allows for an accurate measurement of the species population density in a certain area. My orthodontist, the one that I had over a decade ago, left me with tags, tags that, through biannual cleanings lasting an entire decade, remained on my teeth. The dental hygienist at Mint Condition Dental- Colfax scraped the cement right off. The process was very painless and the staff was friendly. Thank you for the excellent attention to detail and humanity. The workforce was inclusive and professional.

I have some very bad experiences with other Dentists. Not the case here. My experiences at mint condition have been great. They make going to the dentist easy.

Will never go back to this dentist. They said that my silver fillings should be replaced with white ones and after they replaced them, I ended up getting an abscess on the only tooth I'd ever had a root canal. I called the office during business hours & left a message & then called emergency line 2x over the weekend after they closed because I never got a call back. The infection spread to the size of a tennis ball & I went to the ER for temporary relief & antibiotics. Thankfully another dentist office picked up their emergency line yesterday & got me in at 7am today to pull the tooth. They said it was a very bad infection that they rarely see. I think mint condition colfax is more about making that mighty dollar, than the well being of their patients. I still haven't received a return phone call. My kids & I will never return to that office.

In response to your reply...what's funny is when I walked into Mint Condition today in order to voice my complaint, after not receiving a call back from the messages that I did in fact leave on DDS Gibbs cell "emergency" phone, the office phone, AND the Pullman office emergency line (see posted pics for proof), I never did state which tooth was abscessed, so for you to claim your office never did work on that tooth, is laughable. I also showed you & your receptionist my phone where you could see the correct phone numbers were called and at what date and time I called and that it was for a minute and a half call so obviously messages were left. Thank you for reiterating the ridiculous excuse that Gibbs didn't get reception on his emergency phone while he was on vacation in Montana. You were in the office when he told me the same thing today & I replied that you aren't performing pedicures & please save your clients from future severe pain & frustration by forwarding the emergency line to a reliable dentist that gets reception & returns the call.

This is the best dental office I have ever been too. The whole staff is kind, caring and patient. They answer all my questions with respect. They made sure I knew exactly what the plan was and what they were doing while doing it. They made sure I was comfortable and not in any pain while doing my procedure. I also did not feel any pressure from anyone to do any procedure I didn't want to do. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

What a great dental experience! Everyone was very nice and helpful. I was very impressed and would encourage anyone who is looking for a new dentist to come here!

I had a very pleasant experience at Mint Condition Dental. I haven't been to the dentist in a couple years and was hesitant to come but the staff was professional and very informative. They didn't pressure me into treatment and was very understanding and accommodating to my needs. I appreciated the kindness of the staff and how they walked me through everything before it happened so I knew what to expect and felt in charge of my care. I will definitely recommend this dentist to my friends and family.

I cannot thank the staff at Mint Condition enough. They were expedient and welcoming and highly skilled. They got me in quickly for a urgent appointment during a time I wasn't sure I'd be able to be seen at all. They were patient with me as a nervous dental patient and Dr. Gibbs was warm and very good at explaining what was happening and checking in with me throughout my visits. I ended up having to come in several times and the staff at Mint Condition were always amazing.
