My husband and I both enjoyed our first visit to your clinic. Everyone was very friendly, pleasant and hospitable. So look forward to next visit. However, I would prefer to have a different hygienist next time. Dani was too rushed and rough in her cleaning making my gums bleed and sore for the next few days afterward. This is first time my gums have ever bled and all previous dentists and hygienists said my gums were quite healthy and gum recession is due to bone loss only not gum disease. So, would appreciate your consideration in this matter for next time. Thank you.

I was dreading having a crown and a filling. I am paranoid about any dental procedure. NOT ANYMORE! No pain and all done in one SHORT visit! It was an AWESOME experience and I think my fears are over. Thank you so much! 😊

Was a first time patient here and received great care. I enjoyed Dr. Wesley's explanations and advice about future dental care. From the front desk staff, dental assistant, to the financial assistant, everyone was exceptionally friendly! 10 out of 10 will return for future care.

The staff at the Colfax office made everything about my visit an absolute pleasure: Amanda and Sean greeted me when I walked in and talked me through what to expect. Amanda led me through the spa-like atmosphere and showed me their MENU of FREE add-ons to make the experience more enjoyable, including a soft blanket, organic lip balm, lavender infused warm towel, a neck pillow, and an assortment of beverages. I picked the blanket and the towel. Mackey talked me through the service being provided that day and made sure to answer any questions I had. Dr. Wesley and I bonded over having lived in Canada and being able to speak French (poorly). It was such a fun atmosphere and truly welcoming - the team made it feel as though it is not just a job for them, but truly a joy to come to work each day.

I came in with the mind set that I would get my teeth cleaned and probably go elsewhere for any other work due to unsurance purposes. The minute I walked in the door I was greeted with such a friendly face. I'm bad with names but I think Amanda is who showed me around and told me everything I needed to know. She had a very kind and inviting energy. I was then greeted by Mackey who was so great and personable! She made me feel very comfortable and I loved feeling her excitement for the job! When Dr came in my expectations were beyond exceeded! He was so humble and kind and explained everything in a way I could keep up. I didn't feel like he was judging me for my oral health and I didn't feel as if he was pressuring me to get unessecary work done like other dentists have in the past. For all of these reasons I will be returning. Absolutely LOVED the team and of course the nice, clean clinic. One last thing, I genuinely appreciated that the room I was in had a picture of a colored person on the wall. I'm assuming that was a coincidence but being a colored person myself, that was more important and meaningful than one would initially assume. Thank you.

While I felt the online application was excessive, my first experience was very positive. They are all very customer service oriented. While I would just as soon avoid my upcoming dental work, I am confident I am in good hands. If you need a dentist this is a nice little practice.

Update: I had treatment one of two. Two crowns and a deep cleaning. Again, the team is very professional and did everything practicable to make me comfortable. Letting me binge watch Community on Netflix was a very useful distraction. I will walk into my next treatment with much more confidence and much less anxiety. The technology has evolved a lot since my last major dental work and that’s a good thing.

Update:. It's February 23 and I am back. Two crowns and a cavity this time. I have it scheduled for next month. I will update you then. Glad these old teeth are in good hands.

One hundred percent 10 star care here. This crew actually cares about their patients. You're treated like a human being and not just a number. They definitely want what's best for you and aren't just after your money. They even have a "complimentary comfort menu" with things they provide for you to be as comfortable as possible(blankets, headphones etc etc). Best dentist I've ever been to by far!

Great dental office with amazing staff! Everyone is super friendly and helpful, they make every effort to make your visit as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. They have amenities that looks more like a spa than a dental office! I highly recommend Mint Condition Dental to anyone needing any kind of dental work done!

The whole team is made up of fantastic human beings! They are all very kind and personable. They pampered me, fixed my teeth and helped me find options for payment. The doctor also took extra time to walk me through different repair options several times. It helped reassure I was making the correct decision! Thank you all!
