I have been terrified of dentists my entire life. Up til now. Rattan Bains DMD is so gentle and understanding, as is all her staff, I have scheduled continuing care! They also helped me save money, since I do not have dental insurance. They are all so kind, compassionate and well informed. I highly recommend them to anyone.
Edit: I have been going for visits for a variety of needs. They are always patient, address all my concerns and answer all my questions thoroughly and knowledgeably. I love all of the people in this office! They are knowledgeable and kind.

I won't return to this dentist. I have had a horrible experience with a crown. The crown I have does not fit. The dentist had to do the crown twice because it didn't fit the first time. It was the wrong color and I remember the dentist telling her assistant the color was wrong and it needed to be changes on the 2nd order and this was never done. The dental assistant made the temp crown too short so my bite was totally off.
My permanent crown is too low, i specifically told the doctor that the original tooth was even with my back tooth so that I could check it before she did anything to it, she said thats not whats important. She never listens to me, she brushed off what I said and now I have a permanent crown that doesn't fit and is the wrong color. My ears are constantly popping and I have extreme pressure in my sinuses. I have to find a new dentist to help me and spend more money to fix this terrible work. I've spent $800 and 3 months trying to get a basic dental procedure done and all i have to show is constant discomfort and a tooth that is the wrong color. Don't ruin your life going to this dentist, I am in constant discomfort, to the point I dont want to leave my house.

I was very thankful for the quick response in setting up a last minute appointment. The staff was very professional and the doctor was excellent and knowledgeable. What I thought was a cracked tooth was just a bruise. She was completely honest with me and didn't exploit the situation.

Dr. Bains is both a lovely person and an exceptionally skillful dentist ❤ - and I have visited many dentists through the years - I am 65vyears old. The staff is unfailingly kind and helpful. I would highly recommend this office, and I often do.

Worst place I have ever been. I had an appointment as a new patient for an exam and cleaning. They only did the exam and said I would need to schedule another appointment for my cleaning because they didn't have time to do it today! Although they accepted a new patient that just walked in the door (No Appointment) and said he had a coupon for an exam and cleaning. SERIOUSLY!!! I was there for 2 hours!!! They contacted my insurance company and gave me an estimate of how much everything was going to cost and wanted me to sign so they could begin the work. I told them I only wanted the exam and cleaning done today and I will decide when I was going to have the other work done. Afterwards when I told them how disappointed I was that they didn't do my cleaning, and the office mgr or whoever she was, said "let me see if we can get you in now". I told her that I wasn't going to be coming back and this is unacceptable.
