I don't recommend this place if you have a bridge that came out. Which was my case. I was told they would only cement it in with temporary cement since it wasn't theirs and they wanted me to go for a new bridge. I paid for them cementing it in, and it came out the next day. Calling them they told me they could cement it again (only temporary cement) and I really needed to consider getting a new bridge. I contacted another dentist and this dentist cemented my bridge permanently and polished it as well. He told me that my bridge was perfectly fine, would last at least several more years, and I paid half of what Federal Way Dental Excellence charged me.

Our entire family is seen here and it is wonderful. Our 4 year old daughter was extremely comfortable and the hygienist was patient, took the time to talk to her, explained what he was doing. Keeps it a very stress free process. Dr. Spinelli is fantastic, made both our daughters comfortable and got us all in and out. We came to see Dr. Spinelli for a second opinion about a procedure we were unsure about for our 4 year old and I’m glad we did because it was not actually needed. Our 9 year old loved Sarah, her dental hygienists. Front office ladies are wonderful and very welcoming. Love this office. We are glad to have found them.

I don't normally do this unless a business completely blows me away. They had to do something extraordinary for me to take the time to log in and tell everyone about my experience. Federal Way Dental passed the test to get me to tell you all!
First off, I have seen my share of dentists. More then I would like to admit. I was born with poor teeth. To give you an idea on how poor I must have had 6 root canals and i'm not even 30 yet. I really try to take care of my teeth but no matter what I do I'm always seeing a dentist for some reason or another. Root canals, implants, crowns you name it.
Federal Way's dental office was great from the moment I entered. The staff were super friendly and were very nurturing to my fear with dentists. No matter how many times I see a doctor I still freak out. I was in the office today for yet another crown and the experience was a positive one. They had my crown in super fast! I couldn't believe it. The last dentist I saw it took them almost a whole week and I had to walk around with this weird putty that was suppose to look like a tooth.
The staff and the doctor left me feeling like there was hope yet for me to have a beautiful doctor. I wanted to take the time to explain how much better these guys are. Take it from someone who has seen a ridiculous amount of dentists in their lifetime.

The worst dental experience I have ever had. I went in December of 2014 to get Invisalign to minimize gaps in my teeth. I was told that the procedure would work and would be done by the time I got married august of 2015. The trays took 2 months to arrive, I already knew the procedure would not be done on time but it would be close. Halfway through the treatment i was told that my teeth were not moving enough and I would need braces on a couple of teeth to get back on track. I went with Invisalign for that reason alone, it's supposed to be invisible. That did not work either. At this point, about two years into my treatment, I was giving to a different doctor to see if he could figure it out. Now all of the sudden to achieve my goal of no gaps, which I had been shown a end result video that looked great when I paid, I would need 6 veneers. I was never told this up front or I would not have done it. I am now in the process of contacting my insurance to get a refund so I can go to a professional dentist that will be honest up front. Don't waste your time or money at this place.

I have really high anxiety about going to the dentist, as I am sure I am not the only one. But let me tell you, I LOVE coming here! Everyone is so nice and knowledgeable. Even the water they used to rinse out my mouth was warm during my cleaning! How awesome is that! I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a dental office. They even offer nitrous oxide or sedation medication if needed! Thank you Seatac Family and Implant Dentistry for a great experience!

It was a very good treatment with very less pain. This was pending for so many years, thanks to doctor at Federal Way Dental that it got over within two days. The staffs were also good and the timing and punctuality is appreciable. I had a bad feeling and was scared about the dentists but everything was fine. Thanks.

I was suffering with irregularity in my teeth which got perfectly improved and restored after removing a tooth that had grown up over another tooth.

Lost my teeth to METH!! Hade dentures for 10 years! They were no longer serving their purposes! We went with a system that eliminate denture glue and I’m able to work off this system to get permanent implants! This system is called removable denture implants system. They fixed my old dentures and they fit better then they ever have! These amazing wonderful people took time on vacation to talk to me and make sure I was ok! These glorious doctors, artists, technicians and wonderful staff will have your back from start to finish! I invested the time to go to four other doctors before finding these life savers!
