I called in very early this morning to schedule an emergency extraction (because my right wisdom teeth hurt and felt like it was decaying, the bottom one worse than I couldn't ever imagined), and the process took about an hour in total. I was surprised by how quick the extraction was, it only felt like ten minutes and both of my teeth were done and pulled out . i usually have inability to calm down at the dentist office especially if there are needles. but They sent me up with an affordable plan to get the teeth extracted. They were very kind hospital people to help me with my anxiety. The front desk I appreciate a lot, just as much as the nurses who calmed me down. There is no doubt I plan to come back here for all of my dental work later. I still feel numb now but they were very kind and gentle. Best medical service I've ever received...thank you so much

I haven't been to the dentist in over a decade and the moment i walked in to this office Teri was amazing. She was welcoming got me all set up for my appointment. Jeremy the dental assistant was AWESOME!!! He was very professional and informative and kind. Dr Yeh you are amazing at what you do, absolutely beside myself. I never felt this way about going into a dentist office before. Oh and don't forget Peter. Amazing work you do. Thank you all for everything, I will recommend you all to everyone i know. Thanks for a million dollar smile!!!

One of the best dental office in the Puget sound highly trained staff who are very professional. Star at the front desk will find the best treatment no matter your level of insurance. Doris is awesome and well make you feel comfortable with her friendly personality.

I am a college student in UW and my friend’s dad is a dentist in Federal Way Dental Excellence. I really need to have my wisdom teeth extracted but I didn’t have dental insurance so they gave me a discount because I am a friend with His daughter.

I was given oral sedation at which it wasn’t expensive. However Dr. Le did such a great job that I didn’t feel anything. Minimal bleeding. I did have swelling for the next 4 days but not bad because it was expected.

I do understand sometimes with the owner doctor there is a wait because he is a specialist. But Dr. Le was on time and I am so glad that they were able to do it on a Thursday and I was back to school on Monday.

I have heard so many horror stories on wisdom teeth extraction. My other friend had his jaw fractured and the other one had a numb nerve for 3 months. I am glad everything went well with me. Thank you Federal Way Dental Excellence and Dr Le!!!

Went to this office to get a wisdom tooth pulled.

Super friendly staff who are amazingly accommodating! The woman who I spoke with on the phone let me know about specials they have for patients with no insurance (me, unfortunately), and I took advantage of their $19 exam promotion. I think the greatest thing about this dentist's office in particular is that they won't nitpick you on pricing and are transparent with how their billing works. I needed a few extra x-rays and the doctors and assistants don't sweat the fact that these are normally charged for. Obviously there are limitations and bottom-line is that all of dentistry is a business-- but practices which focus on patient well being and comfortability are practices which are 100% worth visiting. The atmosphere of the office was friendly and clean which made it feel very homey.

After my exam they set me up with a date for my extraction. They got me in, numbed me up, and had the tooth out all within the hour. Both the assistant who helped me (Chris) and doctor who saw me (Dr. Spinelli) are extremely knowledgeable. Since my extraction was before the weekend and I wouldn't have been able to contact the office if anything came up, they even gave me the doctor's direct line to call just in case. I also had the pleasure of meeting the other doctors in the office as well who were both extra friendly: Dr. Gaur and Dr. Yeh. All three are especially qualified and have years of experience in the field from what I could tell.

If you're looking for an office that will treat you like family this is it. I highly recommend this practice if you're looking for a new office. I think they genuinely care for their patients and will always try to put your best interest first, and I'll definitely be referring friends and family over if they're ever in need of an exceptional dentist.

It is a good clinic, the staff is very friendly, I recommend it to people!

Every time I call the office. The front never seems to pick up or even get back to me when I leave a voicemail. I tried to cancel my appointment twice before t he date and they didn’t get back to me and didn’t even take me off schedule. So I kept getting the reminders. Was annoying and inconvenient.
