Happy Greetings from the moment I walked in. Beautiful clean clinic, does not feel like a dental office at all - high end sophisticated and they take care of you like royalty! Blankets, hand massages, snacks, you name it they probably got it! Left with a cute goodie bag and excited about my next visit!

Today I went to Southridge dental for the first time. It was by far the best experience I have ever had at a dentist’s office. Their genuine and kind welcome made me immediately comfortable. Everyone had tremendous warmth in their words and actions. My hygienist, Valerie, gave me a tour of their clean and spacious office. She explained their office values, asking for my feedback, then truly listened to my thoughts. She and doctor Simper explained everything they were going to do and why it was being done. Both allowed me to see my X-rays and showed me the areas of concern. Dr. Simper was careful and gentle. I felt more trust and safety than I’ve ever known in a dental setting. I am very fortunate to be their patient.

They are extremely accommodating & understanding
I didn’t have a babysitter for my children so I brought them with me. Two toddlers & a dental office was a tough thing to do but Nicole the hygienist handled that with absolute ease & professionalism.
Dr Simper was very kind & relatable as well & made sure I was heard & understood everything that he had planned for my smile.
Im extremely happy I chose them to be my dental team. Give them a try you won’t regret it

This place is by far the best dentist office I've been to. From getting an appointment to check-in to making me feel comfortable in the chair once in, the people were friendly, especially Jessica the dental assistant 😉, and they're welcoming. They converse with you and take the time to get to know you and that plays a big part in helping relieve my anxiety with dental visits. The dentist was quick to get me in and fix my broken crown and thats always a plus. Thank you all for making the dentist office not such a bad place after all!

Due to the pandemic and other family issues, I’d fallen off of my scheduled treatment plan and they have been incredibly kind and understanding as they get me back on track.
