I had put off going to the dentist after moving to the area because, let’s face it, who really LOVES going to the dentist? Well, I can actually say that I do now! I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Simper and Southridge Dental! Starting with my initial phone call, and continuing all the way through my ENTIRE visit, this has been the best experience at a dentist’s office! I REALLY like the extra ‘spa-type’ amenities, but what I appreciate even MORE is their top-notch customer service and caring attitude. You can tell when people love what they do and that is what came across with every single person I encountered today. I was made to feel like my comfort was their top priority. They made it a point to explain what they were going to do before they did it, which was super helpful and the warm neck roll and the paraffin wax hand treatment definitely helped me relax during what is normally a stressful time.

This dentist is everything you hear! Amazing experience from the front desk to Sarah my hygienist to Dr Simper. I will never go anywhere else. They made me feel part of my dental plan, gave me amazing knowledge about my teeth and were positive during my entire time there. Thank you Southridge Dental team!

I absolutely love this office. They are friendly and efficient. Dr. Simper gets the job done and his assistants keep things moving right along. Jessica was awesome enough to take a picture with me to be entered in a drawing for an Amazon gift card. Highly recommend this place for all your Dental Needs!!!! Southridge Dental is such a great dentist. They always get me in right away and they have a menu of extra things you can get while there. You can get a warm neck wrap, lip balm or Netflix. The dentist and workers are super nice and they have free snacks and beverages.

Love Southridge Dental! Their website was easy to use to schedule an appointment. They quickly got back to me to confirm the appointment. Upon walking in, the office staff was very welcoming and friendly and invited us to enjoy their coffee and snack bar. Our dental assistant was very friendly and welcoming and made us feel comfortable. She also gave us a small tour of the place. Our hygienist was so nice and patient and very knowledgeable. I especially loved Dr. Kayla because my 3 year hated going to the dentist and always cried and she did so great with Dr. Kayla and because she did so well and was cavity free she got to pick two prizes. My daughter will definitely want to visit the dentist again to see Dr. Kayla. At the end of our visit both my daughter and I were treated with goodies. I would definitely recommend Southridge Dental for families as they did an amazing job with myself and my 3 year old daughter.
