Love everyone at this office. Krissy and Miranda are always helpful and accommodating when it comes to scheduling. Jess is super fast and fun with my daughter's cleanings and Dr. Simper takes care of the whole family.

The hygienist who cleaned my teeth is the total package. She is personable, professional, obviously skilled, and efficient at her job. She made me feel very relaxed as she cleaned my teeth and then set the stage for the dentist to come in and do his part. I would highly recommend her and the entire office staff to anyone looking for this service.

Amazing dental office! Everyone there is friendly they offer a comfort menu with a variety of things to choose from! Paraffin hand wax has to be my favorite! The girls in reception are also so welcoming and amazing at helping me with all of my financial needs. I definitely recommend this dental office. Great prices & it feels like your at a spa instead of a dental office.

I have been going to Southridge since I got back in the late fall. Their service has been exceptional and Dr. Simper was terrific in installing my crown. His assistant Jessica was also greatly helpful and extremely knowledgible. Thank you to the entire staff and I will be back in April for my cleaning.

First I want to say that I have had some bad experiences with dental work and so I came here to see how their services are. I felt like I was at a spa at first as they put on lavender oil scents, a warm neck pillow and this hot hand wax that was so pleasing. This definitely calmed my nerves and I was only there for X-rays and a cleaning. Staff were so nice and Jessica talked me through everything and explained things and Eileen did my cleaning and introduced me to a new way to tackle cavities and they were wonderful to me.The doctor (so sorry I forgot his name), was also wonderful. I think this will be my new place for me and my family. Thank you for making this visit a non stressful visit. 😊

After several not good experiences with Dental care in my years. Southridge Dental meets every good expectation and experience in dental care. I have been three times at Southridge Dental in the last year. Met and had work done from three dentists including Dr. Ramirez and Dr. Simper. From cleaning to A new cap. Awesome care and explaining throughout the whole procedure. The assistants Juanita and Ciera are welcoming and explain step by step what is and will be taking place while making you very comfortable, as also done by the Dentist himself or herself. I will be referring others to SouthRidge Dental absolutely. I was referred by my daughter Amanda Barnes. I am very grateful and as I mentioned earlier, I had experienced not good dental care in the past. I have now found my dentist of choice and it is a big definite SouthRidge Dentist. Thank you also to the ladies at the front desk, they are our first contact of communication Miranda and others. You are all a Blessing to us that have a fear of dentists in making us very very comfortable from the very first moment of communication to the moment we are walking out the door from great care and work being done. My overall experience was very pleasant starting with the professional kind hearted front desk staff. When you are taken back, they have multiple ways to make you feel comfortable from a music to a weighted blanket. I have been to multiple dentists over the last few years, they all wanted to pull my wisdom teeth in a way that was easier for them disregarding my wants and comfort level. However, Dr. Simpler was very understanding and patient with the anxiety built up from past experiences. He had provided a service for me I had waited years to do in less than an hr. I have never been to another dental office that can compare to Southridge Dental. One thing I know for a fact from personal experience is that Dr. Simpler cares more for his patients and their health more than he does money, something very rare now a days. Hands down the best dental office and staff in Tri-Cities. I highly recommend Southridge Dental office and Dr. Simpler.
