Medical Lake Family Dental

My family and I have been going to this dental office for over 30 years. We do not live in Medical Lake and drive 70 miles to get to this clinic and it is totally worth it. Although the staff has changed throughout the years, the attention to their patients has always stayed the same. From the moment you walk through the door, you are treated like a friend. Danielle and Leslie greet you with a smile and always have your paperwork ready to go. Once in the chair, you may be in the care of Carter for x-rays and polishing then possibly Taylor as your hygienist, both are kind and good at what they do! Lastly, Dr. Rochelle or Dr. Bushman will look over every part of your mouth along with your teeth to make sure everything is looking good! I usually have Dr. Rochelle, who is amazing! She listens to your questions and concerns and always comes up with a good dental plan. She has a way of easing my dental fears and I am very appreciative of that. I am so thankful Medical Lake Dental Clinic is the place I go for my dental care. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who is looking for a great dental experience where all their dental needs can be met!

Medical Lake Family Dental was amazing. Being new in town and having moved a few times in the past, I would highly recommend them if you like great communication and friendly staff.
To start we were able to fill out our new patient paperwork ahead of time and from the comfort of our own home, this made everything so much easier for appointment day.
When we got to the office for the kids cleanings (ages 2 and 9), Leslie and Joanie greeted us with warm happy faces. They were very helpful and friendly form Start to finish!
Our kids had a great experience with the pediatric team here! Our dental assistant, Carter, was kind, informational and made the kids cleaning lots of fun. Dr. Reese did a great job working with the kids also, big smile, answered questions and worked around a wiggly/a little fussy, 2 year old.
We appreciate the great work they are doing :).

My experiences with Medical Lake Dental clinic have been truly exceptional since new management took over. I highly recommend Sarah for cleanings and either of the two doctors for any other dental needs. The front staff (esp Danielle) are always accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable. My four kids have also been patients here and have all had positive experiences as well. Don’t hesitate to seek dental care and treatment here!

I usually hate having x-rays taken at the dentist and was even considering doing sleep dentistry. I was able to have my last X-rays done with ease due to the amazing technician who helped me through the process! Also, Carter, the dental assistant did a great job keeping things light and funny. I really appreciated the opportunity to meet you. Everyone was very loving and caring to me. It was fun to find out the many things we had in common and people we knew. I also appreciated that you understood how frustrated we were trying to find your clinic. You referred me to your Sister Office in the Valley and sent all of the information on ahead. They called me to set up an appointment. So I already have one to get my molars pulled out. Thank you so much❣️ 😍

I have been going to Medical Lake Dental for a while now and there have been some changes in employees but they continue to give great service. Leslie has been there a long time and always greets us with a smile. Carter is a new hygienist there with a great personality and he did a fabulous job.

A great dental clinic for the whole family. Joni at reception has always helped me with my billing issues, Lincoln is amazing with my toddlers, and both the pediatric and adult dentists on staff are very kind, understanding, and comforting for those that are nervous at the dentist. My 3 year old was scared when she walked in, but left excited for her next trip. As a parent, it doesn’t get much better than that.

I went in for a routine cleaning/checkup. Wait time was a little longer than expected but Sarah brought me in for x-rays and cleaning. She was very personable and explained everything she was doing during her cleaning. Dr. McDonald has been my dentist for a few years now and has always been great! It was a positive experience overall.

A pleasant and professional environment, and experience. I had two extractions and it was literally a piece of cake🍰, which I followed with some cold chocolate, then strawberry🍨ice cream, after the appropriate wait time of course!
Dr. Ryan Bushman and all of his staff were top notched excellent in carrying out their duties, and responsibilities!
A+ for effort, and completion!

I will never go to a different dentist! I’ve been going here for several years now. The staff is always so friendly & the facility is always clean, spacious, and an overall friendly environment. They have numbing mouthwash that makes cleaning less painful (I have very sensitive gums/teeth!) so that makes me very happy. I also appreciate how they send out texts to remind me of my appointments. I wish I could give them more stars because they definitely deserve it!!!
