I am very happy with Dr. Brier and his staff. I have been going to lifetime Dental for nine years. In that time I have moved to another city an hour away and still prefer to drive to West Richland so I can continue my care with them. They are all very nice and take the time to make make sure you understand everything. You may wait for 20 or 30 minutes every once in a while to see the Dr. But that is because he is providing the same excellent care for every patient that he does you.

At Lifetime Dental on Queensgate Dr I felt like everyone treated me with respect and were all genuinely glad to help me. Dr Sainsbury* is very friendly and professional. No one is judgmental at all. Make sure you ask about the paraffin hand treatment while you're there. I highly recommend this office to anyone.

This dental office has been very consistent and I am very happy for that because that is what keeps me coming here. Lifetime Dental provides top of the line excellent service from the time you walk in until you exit. I cannot say enough about the friendliness of the staff and how they make you feel welcome from the minute you set foot in the office. Felisha Benavides was awesome and she explained every aspect of the care I received step by step and then my dentist came in to check my teeth over. The treatment in the exam room was first class with a hot neck wrap and paraffin wax on both hands all while sitting in a massage chair watching HGTV. I highly recommend this dental office first and foremost for the care they provide and also for the extra they do for the patient, it shows they really do care for each and every patient. Thank you Lifetime Dental Care, don’t change the great system you all have in place.

Took my 16 year old son in today to get his wisdom teeth pulled. They were so good with him as he was scared to get shots..not only did he not feel a thing but he said they were so nice to him. As a mom I love to hear this and while I was sitting in the waiting room they came over twice and assured me the proceedure was going very good and my son was doing great.
