My son was facing anxiety about a baby tooth that wouldn't fall out no matter how much he wiggled it. The doctor and staff made him feel comfortable and at ease. They used a topical gel to numb the gum tissue to avoid the use of a needle. The doctor was able to gently remove the tooth with no pain, and my son sat up in shock when he saw his tooth was sitting on the tray in front of him. Thank you Lifetime Dental for making time for us during this healthcare scare and for providing exceptional care and service.

Ive heard Dr.Hadley,DDS on Clearwater Ave in Kennewick WA is having good results with dentures. I'm paying over $2,000 for an upper denture of very poorly designed and fit. Basically can't use the denture i got from here. They are even cracked, and I got them that way. Looks like someone used a paper clip smoothing them out. Uncomfortable, not usable. They didn't care about the cavity I had. Only worked on ripping me off. Not the place to go.l don't want anyone else get ripped off like I did. The only thing they can do is make me whole with quality upper denture that I paid for. Hasn't happened yet. I'm warning the good people that has worked hard for their money and expect professional business to do right by the People. I came in a couple times. You can just type your excuses. I am due a quality, wearable, usable, fitting upper denture.

I've had one cleaning and one dental visit so far, and both were outstanding. The cleaning was gentle, and I loved the oil & wax hand treatment, it gave me something else to focus on (I get dental anxiety). The visit itself was great. My treatment plan is extensive, but I don't believe I was oversold, I had a dentist back in my former state who wanted to do less than half of the work proposed for the same price! Here, I was listened to about what I wanted and my budget.
They were also great during the appt. as well, giving me breaks when I needed, understanding and explaining my anxiety, I have never had a dentist visit like that. I always thought you just had to sit there, scared and uncomfortable the entire time. Thanks for showing me that it does not have to be that way!
