Always feel like part of the Powell Dentist family! I was with them for 6 years left and now I’m back! If you like a personal and friendly atmosphere along with professional service, this is the place!

I moved here from the East Coast hoping to find a dentist that was as wonderful as mine was there. I thought this office was it. I was very wrong. From the start, he only wanted to do expensive work. I somehow ended up with a cavity under a brand new bridge. He said he had to cut it off because of its location, which is suspect to me. I trusted him so I allowed him to do it because he pretty much gave me no option. I had a cavity in the tooth next to the temporary bridge and he refused to fill it. Wanted me to put a crown on it. Another big expense. He talked me into getting my perfectly good front teeth and K9’s cut down and put into a temporary bridge. In the meantime, he tightened my partial put it on, and left the room. It was too tight when it came out it broke my K9 because he got sloppy.
I have been left with now having to get my remaining upper teeth pulled. It is devastating to me that I move here and find this gut who only cares about seeing just how much he can get out of you. This cavity I've had for 2 years. I called them today to see about getting it fixed knowing full well that they would not do it. But I wanted to hear their answer. This time I was told all the teeth that are on my lower front need crowns.. Something we never discussed. If you have endless pockets then go to him otherwise run!!

We LOVE Powell Family Dentistry. The staff is incredible. They’re super friendly, helpful, and they’ve always been super willing to help with my son and play with him while I’m being worked on. I had jaw problems in the past and was nervous to go to a new dentist, but they helped me feel super comfortable and I’ve never had any issues. Highly recommend this office!!

I guess the 65 5-star reviews prior to mine pretty much speak for themselves. Dr Powell and his team are amazing. Every visit has been great. They do exceptional work, have a friendly and helpful staff, great communication, and have always treated me with respect. Going to the dentist isn’t exactly the highlight of anyone’s day, but Dr Powell’s team always finds a way to make each visit a pleasant experience.

The staff was very professional and friendly. Dr. Powell and his assistant were very knowledgeable and went out of their way to make sure my needs were addressed. Afterwards the receptionists had to really juggle my follow up appointments in order to have the least amount of future visits possible but together they were able to achieve it seemingly effortlessly.

Powell Family Dentistry is a fabulous place for your Dental care, from Dr Powell and all his staff, totally one of the best care provider if not the best in the tri-cities. I have nothing but positive about his clinic.

Switched to Powell about a year back. It's been a fantastic experience. The staff is very helpful and freindy. Cleanings are effiecent and done well. The location works well for me and my family. They truly care about your dental health and it shows. Looking forward to more visits. Thanks guys

Very good service with no problems to note. And, their in office annual fee program helps a lot with affordability for people like me without insurance.
