I come to Best Dentistry every 3 months to cleaning my teeth since I moved to Greater Seattle area 2 years ago. Dr. Koo and his teammates are amazing. They took great & professional care of my teeth and made sure the process was comfortable. They also gave me interesting insights about oral health and how to make sure my teeth stay healthy. I've had an excellent experience with my cleanings, fillings, and crown replacements at Best Dentistry. Dr. Koo and hygienist Fay are always patient, thorough, and personable; and Marco took care of all the paperwork when I transferred from a less favorable local dentist, and has always been on hand to maximize insurance benefits throughout the year. As others mentioned, it's surprising to say, but it's truly a pleasure to visit this dentist office! Thanks for all the great work!

Chipped my front tooth on and within a week and a half Best Dentistry had me totally fixed up! I had some issues with my insurance provider and the team at Best Dentistry was so helpful and got my tooth fixed at a very fair price. My teeth look great and the process was very quick and simple.

I absolutely hate the dentist. Been putting off going for around 15 years and need a lot of work done. Finally had to go due to a tooth infection and found Best Dentistry. I was impressed by the friendly staff and how much they paid attention to my discomfort and did everything they could to make me more comfortable. Even though I would have rather been anywhere else for the hour I was there, they did a great job. This will definitely be my dentist from now on. Highly recommend.

I picked this place because of the reviews, and after 3 appointments, I'm happy to report that the other reviewers are right! Everyone here is warm, friendly, and excellent at what they do: Marco at the front desk (who helped me maximize my insurance benefits), Fay the dental assistant (who helped reduce my anxiety), and Dr. Koo himself (who took the time to chat and get to know me, explained everything so clearly, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my dental work)! It's remarkable how comfortable I feel here, even when sitting in the dental chair for a deep cleaning and a crown replacement. I think it's from all the good vibes permeating the office.

Visited Best Dentistry for an emergency dental appointment and was able to obtain an appointment for the next day. They were highly accommodating of my schedule and maintained proper communication prior to my appointment. When I arrived, I was greeted by a clean office space with professional and kind staff. Moreover, I felt as if the entire appointment was quick and efficient. They assessed the issue with my teeth and walked me through every step of the process. Since this was my first time here, Dr. Koo was patient with me and explained to me everything he was doing. I usually loathe going to the dentist office, however, this entire experience was quick and seamless. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

BEYOND satisfied! I am so relieved to have found a place that was very understanding of my situation— Dr. Koo was very patient, gentle and kind. I know it sounds ridiculous that an adult has anxiety issues when it comes to dentists but I have had this issue for a very very long time and because of this wonderful experience I actually look forward to my next visit. I also love that their office is very clean and organized and everyone there was super nice and welcoming. Highly recommend them!
