Getting a new crown can be painful and unpleasant, but the team at Smiles made it an incredibly smooth experience. They make the crowns at the office, so you only need 1 visit. I got a cozy warm blanket when I sat down in the dental chair, and Dr. Shahid and her assistant were fast, professional and sympathetic. My whole family are patients and we couldn't be happier.

Doctors and facility was great. However, I really HATE clinics that gives you a quote and ended up paying 50% more than the quote after the treatment and act like that's your problem. It almost feel like a scam to get you here because you're quoted a decent price and service but then ended up paying much more than other clinics. Why would you manage patients expectation toward the lowest price and then right after treatment mention the "original" price that was never communicated? Dishonest and poor client facing management. It's a pity that this clinic has great doctors and facility. I will never come back.

Dr. Shahid and her team have done an excellent job with my aging teeth. How many dentist do you know that would come to your home
(DURING COVID)? During covid my temporary crown came off and I was afraid during that horrible time to go anywhere. Especially to a dental office. Dr. Shahid came to me, to my home. She put on a sterile gown and gloves, right there in my dinning room. She began doing what she does best taking care of her patient. ME! Recementing my temporary crown.
Again, what dentist would do that during COVID?
She deeply cares about her patients.However, it goes beyond that her knowledge a dental skills are off of the charts. She explains everything to you in detail.
The real question, why would anyone want to go elsewhere?
