NorthView Family Dental

Kayla is great at making sure my teeth care clean & gums healthy. She really cares & takes the time needed. Doctors Rob Leale & Brett Startin are very gentle, caring & kind doctors. Monica assisted & she was great too, she is very experienced. They now have massage chair you can use while waiting for you crown. All of team is very helpful.

Still a great place to have your dental work done. I recently had to change dentists as Northview no longer accepts my plan, Dental Health Services. I will miss the people at Northview. I had been going to the office for over 49 years when Dr. Art Rudd had the practice.

The staff at Northview Family Dental is incredibly friendly, and they make the experience very pleasant. I had Char and Dr. Martin work on my teeth. Not only were they very professional, but they explained everything they were doing to me so that I understood the process better. I have nothing but nice things to say about Char, Dr. Martin, and the entire staff at Northview Family Dental!!

I was very impressed bye the staff and the policy how they cared 4 there customers. However if you're getting dentures watch closely and try to keep the same Personnel each visit. Nine months later I've lost confidence and my teeth still don't fit well at all I've had a lower plate break simply from pressure and my teeth did not line up anywhere close I was left with a gap between my incisors so I can't cut my food with them just watch closely and be careful. But what a great staff

I would highly recommend this office...I am now a patient...a great big thanks to Maria and Dr Leale for taking great care of me!

Update #2 - I just can not say enough good thing about this practice! Everyone is amazing and I was having a dental emergency and they squeezed me in and literally saved my sanity from the pain. Thank you a million times is not enough!

Char is like my best friend!! I love this place, they make me feel so comfortable and talk you through each step. There’s never a time when I feel uncomfortable to step in if I feel like something is wrong and they are so understanding. Thank you Char for always taking care of me and my dental needs! You guys are the best!

I was a little nervous coming into the office because I hadn't been to a dentist in a year and a half but I had such a great experience here! Everyone was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all my questions and make sure I understand everything they were talking about which is something other dentists I've been to never did. The office was very nice and clean, and they did a great job cleaning my teeth and making sure I was comfortable! I even got a free gift from them! Definitely would recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist!

I have always hated going to the dentist, because my teeth are sensitive and past dentists never listen. The team at northview dental are amazing. Char always takes good care of me and checks in with me throughout the procedure to make sure I’m okay. Dr Martin is amazing as well, and very genuine. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

First off, Monica is the most fantastic person there by far. She was so comforting and understanding. I was lucky to have her there for me.
I paid out of pocket to go here since my state insurance did not cover the appointment. The reason I paid out of pocket was to get the complimentary nitrous because I am terrified of the dentist. I'm disappointed however, because they did make sure the nose piece fit to my face so for 15 or so minutes while we were waiting for the nitrous to work I was feeling nothing. The dentist seemed to be getting impatient and asked if we could go ahead with the numbing shot even though I was feeling no affects from the gas. This made me very upset because I clarified how scared I was and how much I hated needles. It wasn't till after the shot that they realized the nose piece was too big and changed it. At this point the gas was pretty much useless to me and I paid 600 dollars for them to give me a shot in my mouth with no nitrous, which was the ONLY REASON I WENT TO THEM. Such a waste of money! I literally was willing to pay out of pocket for NITROUS so I wasn't so scared of the SHOT! IM FURIOUS.

I've just moved to Spokane and so happy to have found such a wonderful dentist to use as providers here. I had some fillings done with Char and it was a great experience. Her and the dentist ensured I was comfortable and kept me laughing and at ease through the whole thing. They have a great team here & I actually look forward to coming back!

Such a great experience! Loretta was super friendly and made everything so easy to understand. She helped me create a care plan that is easy to follow! I cannot wait to come back. Will be referring all my friends to Northview Family Dental!
