I love Northview Family Dental. As a new patient, I was nervous about getting some cavities filled, but Monica and Dr. Startin made sure it was an easy and miraculously painless process. I had never been seen at NorthView Family Dental before this afternoon, but when I called with complaints of broken and painful teeth, the staff at NorthView sprang into action to get me taken care of. Lexus, Loretta, Monica, and Dr Martin were all incredibly kind, patient, and compassionate with me throughout my visit. The team worked harder to fight my dental anxiety than any staff group I've ever worked with before! It's plain to see they put patients first at this office. Thank you, again, NorthView!

I’ve never had such a wonderful dental experience in my entire life. All of the staff are extremely friendly & empathetic. Dr. Startin takes his time and is genuinely caring. Kayla cleaned my teeth & is so AWESOME! The atmosphere is so very welcoming & you feel like part of a family when there. They offer many amenities & put anxious dental patients at ease. They also care about your financial concerns & take the time to go over your dental plan & pricing. My experience was outstanding & the customer service here is beyond exceptional. I was blown away by the genuine care they offer & I’m now a loyal patient!

My second visit at Northview Family Dental was awesome. I was nervous because of the work I needed done ,but Monica put me at ease reassuring me everything will be fine and she was right. She was super friendly and talked me through everything that was going to happen. She did an awesome job. Dr. Martin did an awesome job also, no pain whatsoever which I was nervous about. The work I had to have done was actually a decent experience , I definitely won’t hesitate to go back to the dentist again, good job guys.

I would HIGHLY recommend coming to Northview Family Dental. I am one of those people that truly fears going to the dentist and hadn’t gone in quite some time for that reason. Thank you Monica and Dr Martin for taking such great care of me and making me feel comfortable (which I did not think was possible!) Monica made sure I could be seen by her and Dr Martin since I felt comfortable with them, even moving their schedule around to make that happen since I was needing the work done ASAP as I was leaving town for 6 months. She called and checked in with me, had a warm blanket, nitrous, music and a big smile ready for me when I came in several times. Thank you again!!!

I became a new patient because of a broken tooth. They got me in right away, and Monica, who is friendly, kind, and very knowledgeable, began an assessment immediately. l Today Dr. Leale and she put in a crown, all in 1 visit. Dr. Leale explained everything and was happy to answer questions. I have some dental anxiety, which they respected, and I was completely comfortable. The general assessment of all my teeth was the most through I've had. I joined the office financial plan and have already saved money. Excellent!

Close to half of the fillings I got here fell out over several months after visiting North View Family Dental. I had them redone elsewhere, by capable professionals. Another is in the process of failing (not sealed to tooth) and will need to be replaced soon. Char, a dental assistant, placed the composite for all the fillings I got here. She messed up several fillings that had to be redrilled and redone during the same appointment. That appointment, scheduled for 1 hour, lasted 3 hours. Thanks, Team at North View Dental!!!

AMAZING dental office, I absolutely mean it! Naturally uncomfortable getting procedures, I came to Northview Family Dental to get two dental implants. Over the course of a few visits I have received the most incredible care, from Dr. Quinn Martin, Filbert, Monica, and Jacob. Each person has been thoroughly attentive and have taken my concerns/anxieties to heart. Dr. Martin gave me all my surgical options and laid them out honestly. The implants procedure itself--under sedation, I honestly don't remember a thing about it! Which is exactly what I wanted and what Dr. Martin promised. He also called me a day later to check on me. My follow-up appointment went great. I have absolute confidence in Dr. Martin and Filbert to complete the rest of the work with the same attention, care, and excellence over the next few months. I feel very fortunate to be in such good hands, and to have found Northview Family Dental.
